My guess:
In packaging displays of 2018 product that hasn't been shown in packaging yet, and is all or nearly all revealed and some recently released (everything from Avengers wave 2 forward basically) New reveals for 2018: The final figures from the Deadpool 2 and Venom waves (rumored to be X-23 and Typhoid Mary) and BAF for Venom wave. 2018/2019 the Vintage wave 2. Not sure what year this will be for, probably 2018 but damn we have 9 waves already. I feel like they could easily push this to next year with no problem. New for 2019 (and this should be taken with what I feel is going to be waves for 2019 period) 2-4 figures of the Captain Marvel wave (which will probably be the first released wave of 2019 unless that's the Vintage wave 2) 2-4 figures of the X-Men wave for 2019. I'm also going to bet that they will release this in spring of 2019 to try and follow up on Dark Phoenix. so it's possible that it could be the first wave of 2019 but I'm still betting Captain Marvel. 2-4 figures of the Avengers wave 1. Maybe a handful of drawings or molds from Wave 2 that are not spoilier-y 2-4 figures of Spider-Man wave 1. If Homecoming 2's wave is the first wave and then we get another wave later in the year then it will be the homecoming 2's wave, and if the HC wave is the second and there's one early one, we'll see a few from that first wave. Though with the Spider-Man wave 2 hitting late this year, I'm going to guess HC wave will be released sometime in May-July 2019 and be the first Spider-Man wave. wild card Netflix wave depending on when it drops. It may not show until NYTF if it's late in 2019. If it comes earlier then we'll see a few figures of that. Walgreens Exclusives: Silver Surfer, Thing, and maybe super skrull (some in packaging and some in not.) I'm also going to go out on a limb and say they'll preview Dr. Doom for us, because guys you KNOW he is coming at some point. Not sure about other exclusives. I REALLY want a GSXM set SOOOO bad. So hoping for that. If I were really being insane with my hopes I'm going to also go with an Amazing Spider-Man and Friends set. Because that would be....AMAZING! Ha ha I crack myself up. In packaging of the MCU 10 year line. |

The Cap is Ultimate Captain America, from Toybiz Legends wave 8. The Magneto is from Toybiz Legends wave 3. That Iron Man body cannot be unseen. The Wolverine is from Toybiz Legends wave 6. There was a similar one released with the X-Men Classics line, but the butterfly joints in the pic are a giveaway that this is a repaint of the wave 6 Logan. The Cyclops is from Toybiz's X-Men Classics line, wave 1. It looks like Hasbro may have had a wave of X-Men figures planned that used the original Toybiz molds like they did with the Spider-Man Origins line. The Origins line used many of Toybiz's old molds with variations to the paint, and were meant to be a bridgeway into Hasbro's term with Marvel, giving them time to work on getting new sculpts and molds before relaunching the Marvel Legends line. This was very early into their acquisition of the Marvel License from Toybiz, so this was probably some promotional shots of a line that just never came to fruition. |

Wow, those Magneto hands look even bigger with flesh tone paint. They're huge.

I've noticed a lot of the early ToyBiz Legends had huge hands or super long arms. I got Danny Ketch Ghost Rider not too long ago and dude has the arm proportions of a gorilla.
I guess it was them still trying to figure out how to incorporate the articulation. |

I'm shocked at how well the vintage wave sold. In my area the only ones left are Black Widow and Punisher mostly. I can't believe pretty much all the Iron Mans, Caps & Spideys sold through. And I only ever saw Wolvie once. The good thing is they got all those characters out of the way... so wave 2 should be all new guys right? Haha.

Yes, that is exactly how I describe my Magneto. He looks like he came from a world after Gorilla Grodd turned everyone into ape people.

I feel the pain too. Have no interest in the Deadpool related figures. But I want X23verine, Bishop and Omega Red so it's enough to just buy the case because I will NOT be passing up on Sauron.

It has been a while but if I remember correctly these 4 were going to be special repaints ( since they were all pre existing molds) put out exclusively for Diamond Previews Exclusives. They were offered in Previews but Toy Biz went under before they got made.

Anyone thing we'll still see the Sentinel and Wolverine set see the light of day?
I keep thinking about it, would like a chance at a Sentinel. Hopefully it's in the classic colors. Sure it'll just be Masterworks but I don't got a complaint about it. Same size as the Toybiz BAF. |

In a way I hope it is. As an e-tailer or mass retail exclusive I would probably buy it, but as a Con exclusive I could totally pass it up. |

Got my berserker claws on Friday from Casting Cave and finally had some time to install them tonight. I think they turned out pretty well. They definitely help make this version of Wolverine more interesting but I won't be replacing the claws on any more figures for these. Just an fyi for anyone looking, I didn't drill the holes bigger on the hands like some suggested. I simply filed the pegs down till they fit and then warmed the hand with a blow dryer to make the install easier.
Just a quick side by side comparison between the two claws before I filed the cast claws to fit. I used a wire cutter to trim off the excess and then used a small file to get them the right size for the holes Comparison between the claws on the figure. Both sets installed. |

^ Whoa. That is so badass looking! He needs a growling face with those blades though IMO.

I honestly cannot say if all of them are, but I know for a fact that the 9.99 (Infinity Stone App) Black Widow figure's head is compatible with Marvel Legends...
A lot of people were using the head from the basic Black Panther toys with a Legends Nakia body to custom make Shuri as well when the film was in theaters, so I'm guessing a lot of these are in fact interchangeable with Legends. It's also the same exact head sculpt as the Cull wave Widow, just without the fancy paints and face printing. The baton weapons that come with that figure are different though, as they as thinner and shorter than the Legends version. |

What's wrong with her eyes? She looks like she is looking in opposite directions.
Love those Wolverine claws. Also, I see everyone is gushing all over the new X23 for the Sauron wave, so when I get her, if anyone wants her (and the various Deadpools), let me know.
