BLINK.
I was about to go "Hey yeah, what's the deal with no Squirrel Girl, get on that" and it struck me that the success of this line has turned me into a brat. Silver Sable isn't quite as good as I'd hoped for, maybe the light is less than flattering. Definitely going to troop build the A.I.M. guys. Last edited by Brownfinger; 07-22-2018 at 08:00 AM.. |

I think my favorite thing from this panel was that they are definitely seeming to be working on Jim Lee Storm. Though undecided on color. Even if it's for 2020 and not 2019 that's huge for me. It also seemed to me that they said that would be the last Storm they would do (though I could be misconstruing that).
Sooooooo..... I'm also going to say I think we will end up getting a Giant Sized X-Men set. Maybe we'll get Nightcrawler and classic Colossus in that. There's no way they're going to never do a FA Storm. Of figures revealed Blink is my favorite, but Hoverchair Xavier is a close second. REally looking at that Gambit, does it seem like his head is a little squished thin and the hair is a bit too spiky? I like the rest of the figure but something about his face seems off proportion wise. |

My thoughts, as you already know im very picky with figures and the only ones that intrest me are the following (so far)::
* Skullbuster - wow, this guy is sinister, looks great and i like the color scheme on him. never herd about him till now. * Miles Morales/Spidey - must have for me, im a huge Miles Morales fan * Hercules - awesome looking. i never liked the dumb leg brace looking thing that he always has on his figure but this time they excluded it and now i like him. i also like the hair on the chest * Archangel - i never liked the default mask that he always comes with, that covers the sides of his face. but now i do like him with the new blue faces with hair, looks way better * Gambit - dont have him in my collection, must have for me. * M'Baku - he looks superb and i liked his look in the movie. i dont even collect MCU figs but this one is great. * Dora Milaje - who doesnt want kickass female bodyguards in their collections, gotta get this * KillMonger - wished they would have made him in his tribal wear but the tactical still looks good with the mask. if they just sold him with the tactical clothing and no mask, i would NOT buy him Last edited by Tomax; 07-22-2018 at 10:13 AM.. |

She seems to be an even bigger gimmick than Deadpool.

Where did all of this Squirrel Girl talk come from? Everyone said they wanted to see Firestar announced but no one is talking about her not being revealed, instead, we're talking about Squirrel Girl.

There are still 2-3 slots unrevealed in the Spider-man wave I think so maybe she will be one of those?

It is getting a little absurd that we don't have a classic Hulk or Thor yet.
Also, it's past time we get an updated classic Iron Man suit. Very happy with Charles, Archangel, Gambit, Kingpin, Genis-Vell, Sable, Blink, Vision, Hawkeye, and Magik though. Last edited by BAD MOON; 07-22-2018 at 10:08 AM.. |

I spent the night texting two of my friends about the stuff that was shown off and realized I didn't come back on here. Overall I'm happy, even if the Spider-Man wave is a bit weak. But I love that Kingpin! I would bet that the Black Cat's arms and legs get reused on a Feral/Wolfsbane/Hepzibah. But it seems like no full waves were shown off so I'm thinking we'll get more reveal before long.

We got some great reveals this weekend, everyone seems to be happy. At least here, I haven't noticed much complaining. Hasbro is giving us all a happy medium no matter what we collect, and I couldn't ask for more. My favorite reveals from SDCC were Black Panther Wave 2, Shuri, and Ultron. I'm 6/11 for the 10 year anniversary line, so the fact that these were announced got me pretty hyped.
Side note: How awesome was that MCU Diorama? I have the tools and resources to build that display, the only thing I would need is that HYDRA tank. |

Jay C and Boog posted videos of the diorama on their channels. I bet that tank would be $100 alone. There is a sweet spot of the 10th Anniversary Dr. Strange and IW Wave 2 Thor battling the 10th Anniversary Thanos. The whole set is gorgeous, but that stands out to me.

Not entirely related to SDCC or the reveals, but we picked up quite the haul at Toy Addicts yesterday!

As soon as I got over what we were and weren't shown in the X-portion of the wave I realized there was no Firestar. I was so pissed. I mean, we can't expect every figure that we want to get made every year, but this is really absurd. They said last year the figure is ready and they just haven't figured out where to put her. Put her anywhere dammit. if the figure is ready get her released.

They'd said there were issues from Hasbro about putting X-Men characters in other people's waves, which is why they weren't allowed to go with their original plan of putting Firestar in an Spider-Man wave. (I am guessing this is more Perlmutter bullshit.)
She could conceivably still be in this X-Men wave. We didn't see everyone in it, after all. |

I don't think Firestar will be in either the Spider-Man or X-Men wave. Hasbro seems to be mostly putting up to two females in each wave (though of course there have been exceptions) and we've seen/been teased Blink/Mystique and Black Cat/Silver Sable. But they have done it before, with the first X-Men wave, so it's not impossible, I just sadly dont' think it's likely.
I'm also extremely worried that we saw nothing beyond Hercules of the Avengers waves, assuming he is in that. Mainly because I know they tend to hold stuff back on the movie themed waves because of reveals, but if they were going to give us Ebony Maw/Corvus Glaive, they wouldn't be spoiling anything as they already showed up in A: IW. I really do hope they're coming but with them being no shows so far I'm definitely concerned. |

My thoughts exactly, which is gonna be a real shame because then we already got the other two.
