About your list of the 'felas', you're missing a couple of Fury heads. MCU and Ultimate. Otherwise your list looks pretty complete. Man, that project sounds like it’s reaching epic levels! I’ve peeped your armored squad in a few of your photos…no one’s asleep over here, I CU! Edit: I checked the list again and see you did mention Fury, but there was an Ultimate Fury that didn't look like Sam J...my fav one. Last edited by TheBlueMarvel; 01-19-2019 at 04:38 PM.. |

Sorry, could've fleshed that out a little more. At first glance, the armor seems largely sculpted. However, on close inspection you’ll find it’s all movable - meaning there’s a mold underneath. The only exception being sculpted athletic shorts/armor on the upper thighs. Of course, removing the armor would result in its destruction especially since I have zero customizing ability. I could see Hasbro removing the armor, then removing the tats, and even keeping the MCU head. It looks more like a generic Hulk than it does Ruffalo, at least to me it does.

They may require some dremeling, but they do work in a pinch. I used the Finn from the First Order disguise to cobble together an unmasked head for Spider-Punk, not to mention there's several different Landos, all sporting unique head sculpts. |

Sweet christmas, I love that Silver Sable figure. I need to find one. Is her wave going to be one of those more plentiful around Gamestop and Target, or?

I thought about inviting my girl here because she's ladyballs deep in this stuff now, she's been reading the occasional comic from the store with me for a couple years and was brought into the fold via the Netflix shows. Things most "purist" dorks generally frown upon. I had no interest in the Punisher, but she's obsessed with him, so I gave it a shot and it ended up being the most grounded and compelling show they have. And now we have a second season to watch! Still trying to gently ease her into the cosmic stuff, she really seemed to love Annihilation. I keep telling her that since she likes tormented characters with morality struggles, the Silver Surver would be perfect. I went off on a tangent. My point is that Kain is the new Tomax until further notice. Be excellent to each other. |

I wonder if they’ll go for a reflective paint job on the Alex Ross Iron Man figure like on this bust.

I hope Ving Rhames makes that "big head" list one day. I'd do unspeakable things to get an MCU original Ravagers box set. I would say that there needs to be more females around so kinda soothe all of... this. But it generally doesn't work as the ones I've spoken to personally were dissuaded by how vicious this place got towards them or their interests. The MCU brought in a massive new audience, and the old guard has always kind of bristled at sharing. It's pretty pathetic. Missed the Korg/Grandmaster news. If that's true, that's incredible.
(No Miek? Surely there's a little Miek accessory) Quote:
This is by no means meant to be a defense of gatekeeping, but a lot of us on here are old enough to remember a time when liking superheroes, sci-fi and horror was a thing you got bullied for and ostracized, so I can understand why they'd be defensive when all of a sudden the same people who used to beat you up in middle school for having Marvel trading cards in your backpack are now saying how they're such a HUGE fan of Captain America and Spider-Man... But you should definitely invite the missus, I'd invite mine but she couldn't give two figs about this stuff, anime is more her speed haha
If "bully" encompasses everyone who was outside the hobby prior to the movies, hating everyone that became a recent fan seems... exhausting? You don't know that everyone who got into comics or the movies recently has a speck of the disdain we felt as kids. Assuming the worst in people that are different is kinda responsible for much of this country's misery right now, should be an easy enough lesson to extrapolate. However they found it, our love of the thing is something that should unite us. I love my MCU figures as much as my comics ones. We learned how to not be dicks about sharing stuff through Sesame Street, it seems like the most basic thing and I see a whole lot of grown ass dorks who still can't figure it out. |

That was my exact wishlist for a Ragnarok Sakaar pack: Grandmaster, Korg, and a little Miek accessory for Korg to carry. Obviously there would still be other accessories like the melting rod and Korg's club/blaster weapon.

The only thing that gets me about that news that's making me question its legitimacy is that it all seems very much too good to be true.
Everything just reeks of popular wishlist requests. There's some oddball stuff in there for sure, like a Luis figure from Ant-Man? Classic Iron-Man and Thor being specifically done up in Alex Ross style? But for the most part, it's all stuff we've wanted for years and it's all coming out at the same time like this, when we know Hasbro likes to stretch the line out for longevity. Not saying it's for sure fake and even I still believe at least some of this is real, but I'll definitely be keeping my hype to a minimum until we see some confirmation at ToyFair. |

Anyway, on one hand, I hope that list is true regarding classic Colossus, Thor, Iron Man, First Appearance Wolverine, and comic Hulk, but at the same time, I don't need another Juggernaut figure, so that would suck having to buy that set for Colossus. The Wolverine would be cool, though I would hope Hasbro would also add in one of the previous masked heads to go with him so I can add him to my Cockrum/Byrne team. For Thor, please don't let him be a giant figure like the one from the Avengers wave.

I've never ever once denied not being an asshole. In fact, I embrace it because I will not PC myself just to not offend someone. If someone gets offended, that's their problem, not mine. I was raised to speak my mind and not sugar coat reality. It's just the way I am. Now did I lose my cool earlier? Most definitely, so for that, I'm sorry.
As you can see clear as day in the past few posts, nobody is sugarcoating anything in their conversations with you, either. |

If it helps, Fwoosh had this massive leak in 2017 that turned out overwhelmingly accurate.
https://www.reddit.com/r/ActionFigur...list_for_2018/ Then again, it IS the 80th Anniversary, so Hasbro may be going all out. In particular though, the Grandmaster/Korg 2-pack sounds strange. Of course, I'd love to get both, but I've never seen Hasbro do a 2-pack of what's essentially a side character and a secondary villain. |

If it’s true, that Jeff Goldblum figure is wish list type stuff. As I said, nothing surprises me. Hasbro has had the license for over a decade now, right? Roughly. My shelves are full of obscure characters I thought never had any chance. Give them enough time and line support and anyone has a shot. Quote:
