Any particular reason why you don't collect 25th? I love the new GI Joes a lot, though I'm greatly cutting back on my spending on the little guys.

Ah. Fair enough! I basically stopped buying anything but Joes for the time I was really into them, but I've grown satisfied with my collection and can now move on to other things.
My situation is pretty tight too, so I mainly just spend my time drooling on that stuff I can't have on here |

Don't worry, you're not alone. There were several lines that I used to collect in the past, but had to give up in the last couple of years. I'm to the point now where I've limited to mostly Transformers, the occasional 25th Joe/Cobra figure and the occasional Marvel or DC figure.

About 7 years ago I started collecting Gundam in full force, and now I'm coming back to the machines again.
I used to buy every Joe I saw. A good, but cheap Gundam is generally triple the cost of a GI Joe and buying Joes just seemed more cost efficient, but then I realized that I was buying Joes to buy things, and with Gundams I can buy one or two a month and appreciate those more. My Joe collection is no where near some of the guys on here, but like I said earlier I'm very satisfied with it. Now I just sort of pick one off my shelf once in awhile and play with it, put it back and think how cool it is that I have certain characters, when I never got them as a kid. Anyway, it's cool. I look forward to sharing these things with my kids, 10 years from now(hopefully hehe). |

I hear you if I won the lottery I would really clean up on some things (old & New) that I have had my eye on...
