According to Rebelscum, these vehicles popped up at EE for pre-order. I will update this thread as news rolls in!
The Clone Wars A pair of new listings over at Entertainment Earth have confirmed one vehicle (which was already confirmed back in July at SDCC) and also revealed a so-far-unseen vehicle from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. Magnaguard Fighter Vehicles - This ship is flown by General Grievous' bodyguards and may look a bit familiar to fans of the concept art for Revenge of the Sith, but this will be an all-new vehicle. This was confirmed by Hasbro during the presentation at San Diego Comic-Con. Super Vulture Droid Vehicle - A new ship that we haven't seen yet? This seems to be the case. A new ship that looks like the Trade Federation Droid Fighters (or Vulture Droids, if you prefer)...only larger and able to fit some Battle Droids? Sweet! There's also a LEGO Hyena Droid Bomber coming soon that may be what this ship is. |

These items sound pretty neat. I might be interested but depends on how they look. Anyone seen pics yet?

The droid that Jar Jar knocks over saying they're all broken has 1138 on it's back. Don't know if that's it though.

Just read this:
Per Hasbro's PR professionals: The 2009 basic figure order looks like this: Spring consists of — A New Hope | 8 figures The Empire Strikes Back | 6 figures Attack of the Clones | 6 figures Return of the Jedi | 8 figures Fall will see four waves — A New Hope | 8 figures The Phantom Menace | 6 figures Revenge of the Sith | 6 figures The Empire Strikes Back | 6 figures — for a total of 54 figures. A 9th wave, the Expanded Universe wave (6 figures), has slipped to be on-shelf right now around late December / early January so we are not counting that in the 2009 count, unless we are able to bring that one back in. |

I really want all of the first ANH wave, thing is money will be tight the next few months. So hopefully I will find a way. I mean all those cantina aliens are awesome, and go into my collection. But if I don't get the new Ben and especially The new Han and Luke in Stormtrooper disguise, I'll flip. Those 3 are full of win.

I agree 100% I want those figs quite a lot. I just do not know what is going to happen with the company I work for. Things are bleak and only a few know about this. I know one thing, I will find a way to get to Joe Con, period.....

Thanks for the heads-up, vadersquest! (Although when one types "click over", one normally includes a link, like this. ) ... Wasn't this thread originally supposed to be about the Clone Wars line? Ah, well. |

All look very cool, with the exception of Palpy. What in the FUDGE is going on with his shrunken monkey head? Looks like somebody took Yoda and chopped off his ears. If they were going for the pre-SE ESB Emperor look, I think they missed the mark. Not crazy about Luke's giant bathrobe, either. Don't know why they didn't make it out of the same type of fabric they've been using for recent Jedi robes -- it shapes better at this scale.

Luke looks like he is in a bathrobe, the Emperor looks like a zombie, and the Ugnaughts look constipated and to piggy, but the snow rebel looks pretty cool as does Needa and Leia looks ok. But overall a pretty good wave.
