You need to first remove his head and fur piece, it is removable, though, yes.

I knew everyone would jump the gun without pictures to see what else we were getting. I think several figures left out should be in there. Anyone else think this?

It is way to late for that, those are coming in March, so they are likely done and ready to go.

First of all, howdy to my fellow Joe Fans.
I just started collecting... the temptation of going into the Joe aisle to look at all the nice new 3 3/4 figures was just too much. My question is, what do you guys do with your figures? Do you open them up and 'play' with them? I know I opened up mine and posed them and such.... but is this a big 'sin' for collecting? I'm just sort of curious. Also, I hear talk of variants and rarer figures... how do I know if something is more rare than something else (other than if there's a billion of them on the pegs, i.e. Cobra Flint)? Thanks! Yo Joe! I was looking at the diorama background artwork that accompanies most of the new Joe vehicles, and an idea popped into my head. What if each vehicle came with a type of buildable playset? Sort of the same idea behind the MASS device from the DVD packs, that you would buy each set and have different pieces, except that these would also work as stand-alone "devices" (for lack of a better word) as well, and could go together in different manners. Say, for instance, the set offered would be the original Joe base - well, one vehicle could come with the jail cell, another could have the command center, another the garage bay lift, another could have a lookout tower, and on and on. Now, if you got all of these, you could put together a helluva base for the Joes. Even if you only got half of them, you could still set up an interesting place for your figures. And if you only got one, well then you would still have something interesting to use with your figures, like a tower or a jail cell or a front gate. All the parts would be able to dismantle easily, and would basically consist of just flat walls that interlock to become a room, and have a few additional pieces like a chair or computer monitor or whatever. I think it would make collecting Joes a lot more fun - I know it did while I was collecting the DVD battle packs. That, and we'd finally get something more than just figures and vehicles, which I think most of us want as well..
