I think I've decided I may start work on a professor X figure.
I can knab the wheelchair from the avatar line for now till better comes to mind or can be found. But I was curious on what GI Joe bodies have a basic Suit and Tie like the con exclusive CC(too expensive). I want to use the serpentor head since I have 3 of him, and one just recently broke. So now I'm just hindered by the suit and tie. |

Only the con exclusive Destro as far as I know. And the head from Hard Master is a waaay better head for Professor X.
That Avatar wheelchair is a great idea, by the way. |

this is the SDCC Destro body with a DCIH Lex Luthor head and half of a Star Wars Torture Rack that came with Han Solo a few years back. I saw the Avatar wheelchair dude at Target today, but I passed figuring that he will be on sale soon enough. |

Okay, so only two suit bodies so far then. Cobra Commander exclusive a few years ago, and the destro one.
Both out of my price range for customs. xD |

Cobra Commander blue suit | Comic-Con 2008 Hasbro Exclusives | UGO.com
Cobra Commander black suit | Comic-Con 2008 Hasbro Exclusives | UGO.com These are the two suit bodies I was leaning on for him. But both are slightly out of my price range. The serpentor head without mask has such a bland expression it seems perfect to me, if it was on one of those bodies. http://www.yojoe.com/action/08/cobracommander33a.shtml For more pictures. Now I'm not so certain after seeing how his waist could hinder the legs. |

Tri-Gate Creations has a "suit torso" for sale for $8. You have to paint it. I haven't worked up the courage to try customizing yet but that's an interesting place to browse.
