Stars and Stripes Squad? Or you could pay tribute to MSG and just call them the Patriots.

I figured now that Iron Patriot is no more (sniff...one of my favorite new characters in the comic world) we needed some replacements.

Iron Man issue 25 has got a great name for a replacement. ;-)
'Detroit Steel' is what they call it. But they also say you can have them painted in company colors, or patriotic... It also debuts Stark's new armored suit. |

MAPs?
Metal American Patriots ... Stark hires former Guardsmen to help him rebuild confidence in Iron Man and the idea of Patriots willing to fight the good cause. They could be the new Guards for the Ark or some such... |

The Fox Fighters?
The Limbaugh Letterman. The Beck Bastiches. The John Stewart....um....sheeeeiiittt, I can't think of a good one there. Actually the Iron Patriot Crew could be the "Fair and UnBalanced" seeing as Norman Osborne is a mental case in the comics. Funny thing, my wife was ragging on me during the Presidential Election because I would only watch Fox News. But it was awesome because I had never seen a group of news people so very dejected. They were so annoyed that they had to keep saying Obama won. It was like watching a train crash, I couldn't look away. It was the only time I can ever remember watching Fox news. By the way, don't take that as sweeping Democrat endorsement. I really don't like either side of the fence as most of them are hypocrites. I want Republicans to go back to Economics like they were in the 80's and I want Democrats to go back to Economics like they were in the 90's. Last edited by boombatty; 05-04-2010 at 06:30 AM.. |
