Amazon has now added brief samples of every track from the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen score. That's right, you can get a 20 second sneak preview of each and every track, from the majestic "Prime", to the creepy sounding track for "The Fallen" to the appropriately epic "Forest Battle". Click on the link above and savor these small samples while you wait for the release of the full CD score on June 23rd!
Be warned, some of the track titles could be considered spoilers! |

Transformers Blu Ray BDLive ROTF Extras Breakdown The extra content available on the Transformers 1 Movie Blu Ray disc is now live if you own a copy. The content is available through BDLive - meaning you need to have an internet connected Blu Ray player (PS3, etc). Once you have a copy of the disc and are connected, click to the "extras" menu tab, and click BDLive. An update should happen and these clips and featurettes will be available to you. The features include 5 items related to Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. 3 extended clips and 2 behind the scenes featurettes. To see a blow by blow breakdown of the ROTF based clips, and a short summary of the new TF1 content, read on! We're Gonna Die (Clip) Sam, Mikaela, and Leo are driving in a beat up compact Mitsubishi being chased in a city setting. Leo is wondering what "that" was. Sam is about to explain when a helicopter (Blackout?) swoops down to street level and hovers over top of them. A cord comes through the roof of the Mitsubishi and grappling hooks itself, then lifts them up. You see Sam almost fall out of the car and swing around (scene from trailer). They are dropped off behind a building where they crash through the roof and land hood first on the ground. With no time to breath, a giant saw cuts the car in half with them still inside, and Starscream ducks down to stare at them (scene from trailer). End. Shanghai (Clip) Helicopter scenes around the factory setting seen in trailers. Lennox and Epps are giving instructions to other troops. They say the Chinese government is calling it a toxic spill and evacuated the area, need to contain it more than ever. 6th encounter in 8 months. They land and make their way through the streets surrounded by buildings/factories. Epps looks into a hand held doo-hickie and shows Lennox a "thermal ripple". They realize that the construction vehicle is a Decepticon (Demolishor), and he begins to transform (scene from trailer). Military fires back, and we see extended Transformation of Demolishor. Adobe Hut (Clip) Sam and Mikaela are hiding in a hut in the desert. Mikaela is scared, holds mouth (scene from trailer). Decepticons are outside, firing on buildings, looking for them. Included are Starscream, Long Haul, Ravage, Rampage, and 2 protoforms. A tiny Insecticon flies through a hole, Sam catches it and rips it apart (scene from trailer). Starscream rips off the roof, Sam and Mikaela run, Starscream smashes building (scene from trailers). We see extended footage of them running up the steps, Rampage uses extending arm/claw to smash through steps behind them. They continue to run, jump, Starscream fires and blows up where they jumped from (scene from trailer). Day 1 (From the Set) Bethlehem PA, filming parts of the Shanghai scenes in an abandoned factory there. Seen in the clip are Michael Bay, Tyrese, Josh Duhamel, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura. Bay gives speech to crew, saying TF2 can make a lot of kids dream around the world. He also shows them a shoe Nike made for him called the "Bayaos" aka Chaos - because he will be up in their ass, he shoots fast. They showed the first shot, which was Sideways (Audi R8) skidding out as the biker trio goes past. After that just various crew commenting on the fast paced shooting style of Bay and some more Sideways shots being filmed. Note: TFW2005 was there in person, check out pics of us watching outside the set from here: Transformers ROTF Bethlehem On Set and here: Transformers 2 Movie Set Images - We even caught some explosions that were used in the trailer shots! Day in the Shade (From the Set) Funny look at Shia Laboeuf and Megan Fox on the set between takes. Starts off with actual filming, Sam asks Mikaela to "hold this shard". Fox is shooting a scene in a full leather outfit so they have staff standing around her with hand held fans and an umbrella to block the sun. Shia is just sitting off to the side on the ledge by himself watching. Fox comments about how she is going to look like a Douche Bag on the DVD and everyone starts laughing. At the end Shia goes off into the middle of the yard and stands in the sun by himself, a crew member comes over and hovers his baseball hat above his head and starts fanning him with his hands. Everyone laughs. Transformers Movie 1 Extras: There are also other new featurettes on the BDLive area of the TF1 Blu Ray disc, related to the first Transformers Movie. They are: Deleted Scene: Maggie and Glen Intro Deleted Scene: Fig's Death Featurette: Filming The Pentagon Featurette: Music and Mayhem - ILM making of. Featurette: Metal in Motion - 3D test shots (pretty cool) Featurette: Stunts 101 - Stunts of TF1 Featurette: Choose your Weapon - Weapons of TF1 Featurette: Man in Ice - How they recreated artcic Megatron scenes in LA Featurette: Voices - Features VAs doing scenes from TF1, Cullen included. Featurette: Megan Fox Audition Tapes If you don't already own a copy of the TF 1 Blu Ray yet, you can grab it at Amazon.com today. |

Board member GhenZhao has taken a new photo gallery of the upcoming voyager and Fast Action Battler versions of Grindor from Revenge of the Fallen. The voyager figure is a redeco of the 2007 Movie Blackout but in a predominantly grey scheme. The mini-Scorponok has been redecoed to mimic the Deluxe Stalker Scorponok figure.
He is shown also next to mold-mates Evac, Whirl, and the before mentioned Blackout. Missile Assault Grindor (FAB) is a straight repaint in also a grey hue that mimics the voyager figure. They have based this version on the Gyro Blade Blackout of the 2007 line. Click on the title for all images and also to discuss on our boards. |

TFG2 has posted artwork revealing the 3rd motorcycle Autobot from Transformers Revenge of The Fallen. This robot is sister to Arcee and Chromia. Initially, they were to combine to form a bigger robot in the film, but that was cancelled. However, the combining aspect still made it onto the figures, and we have yet to see this character in toy form.

2005 Boards member tfctoy has posted a selection of images of upcoming Transformers toys, including more than a few surprises! First up is the bio for Revenge of the Fallen Arcee.
Next up are some nice surprises - there is another Minicon repaint package coming, collecting 10 Minicons from the Classics Series. This set includes for the first time ever, a taxicab Transformer appropriately named "Overcharge"! Also on the pleasant surprise front is the reveal of a Wal-Mart exclusive two pack of Scouts, collecting Hardtop and Clocker from the first Movie line. What is so shocking about this is that Hardtop and Clocker were originally Target exclusives! This is great news, though, for anyone who missed out on this pair the first time around. Check out all the images of these new items by clicking on the title of this story. |
