I'm looking for a Question with the Trenchcoat. If anyone has one they are ready to part with or maybe an extra, please let me know.
I have only a couple spares for trade (Power Girl and Black Suit Joker). But I may be willing to pay some $ and/or trade a different figure for him. |

What do I think? Improved sculpts and articulation (finally, male figures have proper sized hands...) and they're at least $2 cheaper than Marvel Universe figures... I think they're doing something RIGHT-er than Marvel Universe.

They aren't dead yet.
Interview: Ask Matty 6/14/10 - kastorskorner.com Quote:
Kastor: A lot of toy lines are moving towards the 3 3/4 scale figures, but it seems that the DCIH are reaching the end of the line. Is there any chance the line can be revamped to be smaller scaled DCUC figures with the same articulation, or will the JLU be the only smaller scaled DC figures?
Matty: We will have announcements about our 3 ¾-inch scale figures at SDCC. We do have big plans for this scale in 2011! Quote:
Where does DCIH stand? Many fans have said they rarely see figures and it seems there hasn't been much news outside of a couple of new figures and the SDCC exclusives. Should we expect more DC Infinite Heroes buzz after SDCC or at the show?
We’ll have some big news for our 3 ¾-inch figures to reveal at SDCC. Stay tuned! Quote:
3) Esbat asks: Many Infinite Heroes collectors could use the C&Cs in their collections, but it’s cost prohibitive unless you buy DCUCs. Has Mattel ever thought about releasing older C&Cs complete and packed with a new DCIH similar to Hasbro’s Gigantic Battles line?
We have looked into this and it’s possible down the road that we may re-release older C&C figures. For right now they will remain an incentive for those who buy all the figures in a wave. |

So has anyone picked up the new Batman with the improved articulation? Is it any good? I'd quite like a Batman in the 3 3/4" scale, but the original figures just looked terrible.

I have definitely considered the new and improved Batman but a lot of the other figures look pants.

they're cheaper all around, cheaper packaging, design, less articulation, more paint flaws, less fan worthy characters.. I picked up a few because they were $2 in a bargain bin.. but I would but mu or iron man 2 figures over them any day.

I saw it at my local Target the other day and passed on it becuae it's exactly the same as The Public Enemies 3 3/4" that came out a few months ago in a 3 pack.

Almost exactly the same. He has a lighter complexion not tan. Plus his costume is a bit lighter too.

Just wanted to mention that I just got in the Earth 2 Crisis Robin yesterday, and was floored by the improvements overall in this line. Robin is a good half head taller than everyone else (including Dark Knight Batman) and is completely articulated. He's even a bit taller than Deathstroke and Black Adam who also have the new articulation.
If these guys continue to improve like they are now, then Marvel is in for some competition. And I loves me some Marvel.
