What's the release date when we should be seeing these show up in stores?

Good to hear. I don't know if my wallet can handle adding these things to my list of must-haves right now, but in March? Golden!

I can think of at least 3 figures per wave that I want. If the price is right and the quality is good, I'm gonna have to setup a new display with these and my Spiderman Animated figures.

I can say the same. I just noticed Ms. Marvel is in this line.. Hopefully they get her right... And UNION JACK?! Another one of my favorite heroes is finally getting some love. Hopefully I get the ML version I asked for Christmas to tide me over for now

Considering these have been on sale at TRUs in Singapore and the Phillipines for at least 2 weeks now, I'd say having to wait another 10 weeks minimum for them to get to the States is madness. There's no way a boat takes that long to cross the Pacific!
Aren't we also supposed to be getting a Red Hulk? |

A boat doesn't take that long. However....
The shipments have to arrive at Hasbro's Warehouse and then be shipped out to the stores. And there's an 'On Shelf Date' for the figures. Most stores are going to hold them for the release date in the U.S. |

Probably because there's some planned marketing event for that day.
Maybe there's going to be ads for the figures planned for Marvel Comics. Who knows. But they confirmed the On-Shelf Date with ActionFigs. ActionFigs: A while back we were told that the 3 3/4" Marvel Universe line would be hitting in Spring 2009. The Fury Files website countdown clock suggests that they'll be out on March 1st. However, we're now getting reports that the figures are already being sold at Toys R Us stores in Singapore. Does thismean we might see them sooner rather than later in the U.S. as well? Hasbro:The global set date is March 1st so although some of them have managed to sneak out early, the quantities will be small. |

They've announced the Case Breakdown for Marvel Universe Wave 2.
Marvel Universe 3.75" Series 02 - Case of 12 1x Silver Surfer 1x Spider-Man 1x X-Force Wolverine 1x Human Torch (Fiery) 1x Iron Man (Red and Yellow) 2x Captain America (Ultimates) 1x Hulk 1x Grey Hulk 1x Green Goblin 1x Ronin 1x Iron Fist Pretty decent case assortment. Carries forward the likely most popular figures from Wave 1. The ones the kiddies will want. And puts 2 Ultimate Caps in there, which is a good. Much like 2 Spideys in Wave 1. Wait a tick. Looks like there's already a 2nd case revision for Wave 2. Marvel Universe 3.75" Series 02 Revision 2 - Case of 12 1x Silver Surfer 1x Spider-Man 1x Human Torch (FF Costume) 1x Iron Man (Stealth) 1x Iron Man (Red and Yellow) 1x Captain America (Ultimates) 2x Hulk 1x Black Panther 1x Green Goblin 1x Ronin 1x Iron Fist So it looks like Grey Hulk will be the one to get right off the bat. Since he's not in the case revision. But since the previous variants keep shipping, he'll probably re-appear. And at least they're switching things up a bit. With the two cases shipping at once it should work fine. No X-Force Wolvie, the Regular Human Torch, Stealth Iron Man's return. And 2 Green Hulks. Since he'll be more popular than the grey version. I'm definatly not going to order a case for Wave 2. Mostly because at least with Wave 1 I was only getting an extra Spider-Man. There's no way I'm ordering a set off BBTS either. $69.99 for the set of 6. When you can order the case for $99.99. I'll hunt Wave 2 down either in Stores or on Hasbro Toy Shop. Thanks for the info Beast. I can't wait to get all these figs. I keep having dreams that I find these at retail but then I wake up.

I really, really hope this line takes some obscure directions here and there when it can. I'd blow a fanboy nut if I could get Darkhawk, the original New Warriors, or anything from Annihilation at 3.75-inch scale.

Looks like BBTS has the next wave on for preorders. Though they raised all the prices to $11.99 and up. Really annoying.
