Today's Featured Ebay Auction is something that was just too strange to pass up. It appears to be a pendent based on God Ginrai, aka Powermaster Optimus Prime with God Bomber armor, for those that don't follow the classic Japanese names too closely. The pendant is molded in 14K gold with approximately 2.50ct worth of small diamonds.
Check out the Unique 14K Gold Transformer Diamond Pendant 2.50ct by seller hotjewelrywatches. I can't imagine this is official in any way (feel free to correct me if I am wrong). Are there any fans out there bold enough to own a piece of Transformers themed jewelry of this magnitude? If you like this, check out the listings for Other Transformers Related Products. I have mirrored some photos that can be seen by clicking the headline of the story. |

Variety reports that Kevin Dunn and Julie White have signed on to reprise their roles for Transformers 3. Kevin Dunn and Julie White play the parents of Sam Witwicky, and their return rounds out the Witwicky family supporting cast.
The burning question yet to be answered though - will Mojo the dog also be making a return appearance? Share your thoughts on this casting news by clicking on the discuss button below. |

If you think the War For Cybertron dose you got throughout the past 24 hours is not enough, well we’ve got more.
Sideswipe80 of the 2005 Boards, was kind enough to point-out that the official Transformers: War For Cybertron website has been updated to fill our minds with Boxart/Coverart for all the platforms, Character Bios with jaw-dropping robot and vehicle mode art as well as exclusive Nintendo DS info (Almost forgot… No online play for Wii.). Visit the Official Transformers: War For Cybertron Website for all the details. But, Don’t forget to sound-off your thoughts here at the Discussion thread. |

Youtube user HappyCabbie has uploaded a video of a truly amazing piece of work - a 7 foot tall balloon sculpture of Generation 1 Optimus Prime. The sculpture is articulated at the shoulders and features a removable gun. It took approximately 28 hours and 500 balloons to make, and is a truly impressive piece of work. 2005 Boards member D Drive has sent us some information regarding the release dates of the first assortment of the new "Hunt for the Decepticons" Scout series, as well as the much-awaited Power Core Combiners. Hunt for the Decepticons Scouts Hubcap, Crankstart, Brimstone and Backfire are due to hit suppliers in May 2010. Also due to hit retailers in May 2010 are the first assortments of Power Core Combiners, Scout two packs Huffer, Brimstone and Searchlight along with the larger Commander Class sets Bombshock with Combaticons and Skyburst with Aerialbots. Other items expected in May include the new Power Bots Optimus Prime and a Stealth Bumblebee Powerbot, plus voice masks for Bumblebee and Optimus Prime, which are probably repackaged versions of the previous voice changer masks.
This is all tentative information, but it gives us an idea of when we might begin seeing these new toys on shelves. |

GMfan101 of our sister site Cybertron.CA has sent us an update on our earlier story regarding the release dates of all the upcoming Transformers assortments through Summer and Fall. In addition to what was previously reported, he adds that:

In addition to Long Haul and Sandstorm who were previously announced, Legends Wave 2 will include Tracker Hound, a Universe 2.0 Legends Hound redeco, and Override, a Revenge of the Fallen Legends Sideways redeco. - Hunt for the Decepticons Activators (also known as the Revenge of the Fallen Activators) are due out in June 2010. This assortment consists of the previously announced Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron, and a new, previously unknown Activator version of Ironhide. - Generations Wave 1 (Thrust, Drift, War for Cybertron Bumblebee and War for Cybertron Optimus Prime) are due in June 2010, with Wave 2 (Darkmount and War for Cybertron Megatron) anticipated in August 2010. - Last but not least, Human Alliance Jazz is anticipated for a release in June 2010. Bear in mind these are the expected Canadian release dates, so they are not completely indicative of the US release dates. However this gives us a rough idea of when these toys may start showing up on store shelves. So hang on to your wallets, June's going to be a pricey month! |

Thanks to those kind, caring, and considerate folks over at TFCLUB.COM we have our first look at the upcoming Hunt for Decepticons Crankstart in robot mode while being firmly imprisoned in a plastic bubble of death.
His bio reads as follows: With so few Autobots configured for off-road operations, Crankstart figured he'd be safe hiding on such a remote beach. He thought he could hide out here, keeping away boredom by randomly firing missiles at passing cruise ships. He never expected SEA SPRAY and BREACHER to come blazing right out of the ocean. You gotta feel for Crankstart. I wouldn't expect for a giant boat to come out of the ocean to whoop up on me. Plus he's got a face only a mother (or Vangelus) could love. Check out the pictures, then join the conversation by clicking the "DISCUSS" button. |

TFW2005.com would like to welcome Hobby Link Japan as a sponsor of the site. From time to time, we will post about their store updates to let you guys know about the goodies they get in stock. Here is a little about them:
Started in 1995, HLJ is an Internet mail-order business located in Japan which ships hobby products, toys, anime items, books, magazines and more to customers all over the world. HLJ was started and is run by Scott T. Hards. An American who became involved in the hobby industry while living in Japan, Scott realized that a huge variety of great hobby products available in Japan were either too expensive or not available at all overseas. So in 1995, he started a business to ship hobby products around the world from Japan at domestic prices. Since then, HobbyLink Japan has grown steadily, and expanded its catalog offerings to include many items from Europe, North America and around Asia, too! They carry a full range of toys and collectibles, and are based right out of Japan, so if you are into the import market, these guys should do you well. Check them out here - HLJ.com. |

A recent article from AdAge.com, hints us that Hasbro will broadcast 1 hour (most probably each day) of cartoons from the 1980 era.
The article also states that a new “revamped” Transformers series might debut on 2010/10/10. What do you think of this news? Tell us by hitting the Discuss button. TFW2005 will update you all, as soon as more details appear about this news. Keep-In-Touch. |
