That's ALMOST funny coming from someone whose posts consist mostly of some of the worst grammar I've ever had the misfortune to witness.
And action figures, being a physical item of sometimes substantial cost, would fall under the category of tangible assets; when one of lesser value is traded for one of much greater value, you are seeing a net gain on the worth of those assets and is thus considered to be profit. When someone's stock holdings increase in value, they're still making a profit even though representatives from the companies aren't walking up to them and ramming cash into their pockets. Guess that little scalping business you've got going on didn't come with any knowledge of economics, did it? Everyone can see your posts and it's clear what you are. Your opportunism and insane attempts at trades wouldn't be welcome at any forum I've seen or frequent. On a related note. I found the latest wave of Comic series, and Movie Series 3 3/4 inch figures. Haha, nothing in that post had anything remotely to do with politics.
And I'm not worried. Until I see more concrete evidence than someone who can barely string together a coherent sentence (and is a known scalper who would benefit from such rumors being spread) talking about the 'Walmart insiders' they know and their ominous prophecies of doom, destruction, and selective distribution my boots will remain un-quaking.

Back on topic a member from TFW has been kind enough to see if his Wal-mart has anymore in stock so he can pick up one of each for me. He's asking for cost plus shipping plus a few bucks for gas, so hopefully by tomorrow I'll have these guys on the way to me.

Agreed. On related note, No more War Machines or Mark VI as of today 4-28-10. Picked up the K Mart exclusive 3 pack. The majority of them had crummy paint jobs. Picked the best ones out of the packs.

Come on, enough with this. this post is mainly focusing in and on the Walmart elusive IM2 6' figures. Where they are being located, the price and what gives with these WallyWorld employees?!?
Not about some else's wishlist. Please, if you want to fight PM each other. Thank you. |

I'm on here sporadically, missed the warning on it but not sorry for saying anything though. Other than that, the game is pretty decent so far and I've got Mark VI and WM on my 360 and IN my 360. How cool is that?
You can get the Silver Centurion, Extremis, Ultimate, Mk. 3, and two or three other armors but I haven't unlocked any but Mk. VI. You can be WM after the first mission. Oh, that cool Mk II armor is what WM is made from. Far as the game goes. Last edited by Archienj7; 04-28-2010 at 09:33 PM.. |

I officially have these guys on their way to me.
No need to go to scalpers for these things, just ask for help from folks on the boards. |

I just talked to the Wallyworld in Cookeville TN. They informed me that the exclusives were finaly at the warehouse and will be arriving approx. 10pm for the over night stock placement on Friday 04/30. So it seems that my search is ending and I'll have these awesome figures for my collection. Anybody who lives nearby I hope this helps.
PS. I can't help but comment on the "scalper", unfortunately it is guys like this that give this fun and exciting hobby a bad name. With any luck at all the real collectors and fans will be able to get these figures and people like him will be stuck with seven War Machines and his obnoxious demands. |

I'll help someone if they really, really can't find one. Let me know in a pm, I'll charge the cost of the figure and the shipping. No more, no less. I was surprised how many we got here local honestly.

they have to release more of them due to the face that i highly doubt the mark v will be released all by itself....to go around saying that the toys will never be available after this week is about as dumb as you get. and yes i have not found any yet..

Hey guys I noticed today after looking at a pick of the back card that the war machine pictured has the blue eyes and arc reactor and the figure itself have the red... Now does this mean their gonna do another version like they did with the 3.75 figures where we got a clean red version and a weathered version with the blue eyes and arc reactor.
Any thoughts on this? Might mean they'll be doing a re-release? |

Just picked up a WM and Mark vi in Mason Ohio, which is close to Cincinnati. They just put them out today or last night so some stores are just now getting there's. They still had a WM and 3 IM if anyone lives in the area.

See, that's weird there. Mine got a LOT. I think maybe some just haven't gotten them but to anyone who pm'ed I am going right now. I will get your things, don't stick me with em. I don't need seven War Machines and Iron Men
Horus, cptcat21, rsg, your figures are secured. I'll pop a pic up in a bit and I got the best ones there far as paint. Last edited by Archienj7; 04-29-2010 at 03:27 PM.. |
