This news just came in. Actor Tyrese Gibson just updated his Twitter account with…
“I'm up. On set with what we all hope to be on the last day of filming of Transformers 3.. I will keep you updated!! I feel sick today yuck!” If this is so, then we won’t meet any actors on the New York Filming of Transformers 3. It could just very well be a second unit filming. Still, if you are going to the NYC Transformers: Dark Of The Moon filming, check out what's going on. And we wish Mr. Gibson will feel better as well. |

TFW2005 sponsor BigBadToyStore has also posted up a pre-order page for Deep Dive. The previously unannounced figure will be the lone new figure in the Transformers 2011 Voyager Wave 2 assortment. At this time, it is unknown if Deep Dive will be a unique mold or a repaint. Regardless, the figure is due out in January 2011.

Actor Tyrese Gibson (Robert Epps) confirmed his previous post with…
"Confirmed::: Today will be last day of shooting Transformers 3.. Yippy!! God is the greatest .. We made!! Fans we won't let you down!!" And Finally with : "Ladies and Gents we have officially wrapped the filming of Transformers 3! Cheers to my cast and entire crew! We did it baby!! God bless u!" It is unsure if this is his last day of filming or the entire main cast wrap-up. But judging by his previous statement (and the new statement), where he referred everyone in a “We”, it seems that it is not just for him, but for the rest of the main cast as well. Also, Daily Mail had posted some every good photos (taken Yesterday) of Shia LaBeouf (Sam Witwicky), Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (Carly), Bumblebee and the N.E.S.T. The photos show the relationship between Sam and Carly and more importantly the relationship between Sam and Bumblebee. Clearly, in all three movies, Sam seems to be yelling at Bumblebee for some reason. After all, the theme of the first movie, according to Mr. Michael Bay is “A Boy And His Car”. It’s the “Mystical Bond Between The Man And The Machine”. Throughout the entire filming of Transformers: Dark Of The Moon, TFW2005 Members have been supplying the fandom with Information, Images and Videos. Even Mr. Lorenzo di Bonaventura; the producer of Transformers Live Action Movies once said that it is an honor to be surrounded by such enthusiastic fans. We are saying the same thing. Thank You Everyone, for bringing us some awesome stuff back from the sets of Transformers 3! Fun is not over yet. Over the coming weeks leading up to the movie release, we’ll see Concept Art, Toys, Posters, Music and Trailers. Oh yes, it's time to reignite the Transformers 3 Trailer Discussions. Do tell us what you want to see in the first trailer. Stay Tuned With TFW2005, You Know We’ll Be There For You! |

One small bit of news that came from the Hasbro Investor Day event for November 2010 which I think needs some singled out attention -
War for Cybertron 2 was mentioned as a go for 2012. While we all thought and hoped it would happen, until now we had no official word. Things could still change, and this could just have been a forward looking statement about things that are very possible, but not concrete by folks at Hasbro while they talked up their projects to investors. However, it is great news to fans of the first game, and we are all happy to hear it. Discuss away! |

Welcome to the all new TFW2005.com!
It's been a long time coming, but TFW2005 has finally received a much needed face lift. On top of the fancy new header image (Thanks Brian, and everyone who contributed to that), we have upgraded the coding on the back end to be more streamlined for future enhancements. Don't worry, the beloved 2005 boards have not changed much at all, other than some colors. Our goal was to reduce some clutter and fat in the other areas of the site. Hopefully speeding up page load times plus some ease-of-reading enhancements. On top of all that, we have some new sections available to you: Transformers Comics - a 2005 database similar to Resources, but just for Comic books. Every issue from Marvel - IDW is available, some with more info that others of course. We will be adding information to that over time to fill it in. But thanks to the hard work of Tim Formas, the recent IDW releases should be stock full of data for you. Transformers Resources (Toy Database) - Upgraded a bit layout wise, so it should be easier to browse around and find the figures and characters your want. On top of that, an almost-finished version of our new section - KO and 3rd Party Transformers is now live, and will be finalized in the coming days, thanks to the 2005 Content Contributors and Sol Fury! We hope you like the new digs, enjoy! And, to clarify for the masses.... Transformer World 2005 HAS:

Big Bad Toy Store have added a listing - with images - for the next entry into the Transformers Speed Stars Stealth Force Deluxe vehicle series, named Big Hoss. What's a Big Hoss? Darned if I know, but one thing's for sure, he's no Big Mos.
Big Hoss will be a part of the third series of Transformers Speed Star Stealth Force Deluxes - not the second, as listed, which is the already released Inferno. He's a monster truck who is definitely channeling a nice slice of the MASK goodness, and take a good look at the roof of the truck to see what looks like a rubsign. Yes indeedy, we've got the first indication that the Speed Stars will also get rubsigns as a part of the Reveal the Shield campaign! |

About a month ago, we here at TFW2005.COM asked you guys, the largest Transformers fan community on the vast Internet, which version (Takaratomy or Hasbro) of the upcoming Masterpiece Rodimus figure will you be purchasing? We had a great response with over 660 votes, well over half of them coming on the very first day that we posed the question!
Even more forthcoming were your reasons as to why! But without waiting much longer (we did make you wait a month for the results afterall), here are the final votes ... AFTER THE JUMP!!! As in, click the title of the story to read the vote totals and some of the responses we picked! |

Hasbro has re-issued at least two of the Battle Chargers that were previously released under the Transformers RPM banner. Now under the Speed Stars banner, Battle Chargers Bumblebee and Cyber Armor Optimus Prime have been released as noted by a sighting at the Walmart store in Elgin, Illinois.
Neither figure has been altered from the previously released and is released under the same assortment and product number as the RPM versions. Only the packaging and UPC barcode differ from the original release. Each Battle Charger is selling for $12.88. Check out picture proof of the Battle Chargers rebranding by clicking on the thumbnail to the left. |

It is slowly becoming the norm that the latest news on future remolds of Transformers figures can be found by checking out the original version's instruction booklet!
Thanks to pictures of the upcoming Thunderwing figure's instruction booklet, we see a the figure with a newly remolded head. A quick glance would give one the impression that this figure's new head is a dead give-away for some Transformers Energon love, in the form of possibly Megatron or Galvatron. Others have stated that the head also resembles Black Shadow, the Japanese version of the original Thunderwing figure. Join in the speculation! |

Some have stated that the head resembles Black Shadow, the Japanese version of the original Thunderwing figure. The head sculpt does seem to be an exact match for that figure. KOToys have posted a gallery of the upcoming Generations Sergeant Kup. Sergeant Kup is an update of Generation 1 Kup, the "old-timer" who trained Hot Rod and acted as adviser to Rodimus Prime (and if you go by his Transformers Animated incarnation, he also trained Optimus, Elita and Sentinel). This version of Kup reimagines the old soldier as a classic styled pickup truck, with a suitably weathered looking "aged" appearance in robot mode. Check out the images after the jump.
