Our own: Hasbro 2010 Marvel QnA Answers For June
Also added to the first post. I still find it facinating that Hasbro lays out these rules for the Q&A, some sites ignore them and submit inappropriate questions anyway. Then they bitch that their answers are too vague or get sidestepped. SDCC is less than a month away, so I am not at all surprised that Hasbro is keeping things very close to the vest right now. They want to blow us away at SDCC the same as they do for TF fans at Botcon. Chances are, if you asked a yes/no question and it wasn't answered directly, then you'll probably get your answer at SDCC.

I agree. The two best sites with the best Q and A seemed to be Kitty's Pryde and Toyark. Everybody else violated the rules hardcore. Unfortunately I think SDCC is ruined for most people who have been on "The Fatman Alert" over at Ebay. |

Ok, I was going to post this over on the Marvel sticky but I didn't want to clog up questions with conspiracy.
Toyark posted a question regarding the carded SDCC Galactus and they eneded the answer with "....we are trying to wrap our head around it." Whenever Hasbro does the ominous DOT DOT DOT you know it is a clue. So what can this mean? Removable hat? Mail away Galactus hat? Galactus hat when bought at the con? What do you think? |

We didn't submit one about SDCC Galactus this month. Or did you mean the AFI question? The response they got was that Hasbro would have more information at SDCC and then "you will be able to wrap your head around it."
Granted, not much of a clarification. But I think Occam's Razor would suggest that it just means we'll know all the differences between the SDCC exclusive and the Wal-Mart exclusive besides what we already know at that time.

But for some reason it seems out of character for Hasbro. If they wanted to simply say that you have to wait until SDCC, they would tell us that and very bluntly as well. Idioms like that, Hasbro tends to use as devices for clues. So thats why I guess I'm speculating. But still, I think your theory is the most plausible out of all them |

And yes it's based on Wal-Mart having the GB series as exclusives, which were similar in size (albeit shorter). Though I wouldn't be totally against another retailer having it instead. Someone like Target, maybe?

Please no Targets, most of them in these parts NEVER restock and I really do want Galactus.

I hope that Galactus is NOT an exclusive to anywhere, except maybe if it was TRU. They seem like the only place that you can actually find exclusives with any kind of ease.

The more likely that Galactus is an exclusive in the US means the less likely that it will make it to the UK.

The boxed Galactus/Surfer is orderable from your LCS via Preview so I doubt its a retailer exclusive. Its probably an LCS exclusive.

I doubt it's an LCS exclusive. And if it was a Previews exclusive, I'm sure they'd advertise that fact a lot.
But this does give credence to the idea that it won't be an exclusive at all, which should please just about everyone.
