Hi everyone just got back from TRU's in Seattle Washington and found these on the shelf priced at $24.99 pretty nice if you collect the 6" line.
this is a TRU exclusive 3 pack set which includes Artic Crusader IM, Star Flare and Sandstorm Armor IM. |

I just bought the old 4 pack at TJMaxx for cheap, and this Desert armor's colors match the Desert armor in the 4 pack, I wonder how many of the other repaints from those packs we will get?

Worth noting that the Starflare Armor (the one in the middle) is partially translucent, for those of you that are into that kind of thing.

I saw them here yesterday, odd occurrence in itself. We are usually a month behind. They were ok looking, better than I expected.

This set is definitely worth picking up, the Sandstorm Armor is the weakest due to it looking cheap(plastic looks bland) but the painted parts are good, and the base of it is Stealth armor from the last IM1 line which is arguably the best mold from that line. Sure the 3-3/4" are great, but after opening this set, it reminded me of how much love I had for the 6" line, and how the 6" Iron Man 2 figures will probably be the biggest hit with collectors(aside from the Hot Toys figures).

I agree with the sand storm being the weakest I just don't like the colors...I think the stealth original is way better looking..

Yeah, loving that Artic armor.
Suprised they haven't repainted several more times by now. Could make a half-decent hulk-buster with some slight-retooling. |

I love all three designs but my absolute favorite is the heavy artillery with the color combination of the blood crimson red and charcoal black with those pure white eye lenses its just evil looking!!
