I received my Thor in the mail today from HasbroToyShop and it is already probably just about my favorite figure in my whole collection. He is awesome.

Mine arrived yesterday, they are pretty frickin sweet (and my new Secret Wars packs arrived from BBTS as well woo-hoo!). Thor kicks all kinds of @ss and the new articulation on Iron Man is, well, interesting (except his legs are far apart making it look like he is riding a horse). Bucky, Black Widow and old Cap are pretty cool but also pretty basic. Nice to have though, And Cage is sweeeeet. The cap fits really well by the way. I bought 2 so I would have a new head for my Blade figure and let me tell you as a Blade head it rocks!

I am hoping mine are here today...
They said they shipped on Saturday. Can't wait to tear these open and display them....and then after that...they go into the BOX! I'm in Wisconsin, BTW.

The belt, collar and vest in the Bucky figure are removable and I found I had to add a dot of Superglue on the belt to keep it from ending up on his chest every time it was posed. I think the removable additions are so they can reuse the body over (and over and over) again. With the reuse policy Hasbro has I am actually surprised we haven't yet seen an US Agent or that Elijah whatever guy from Red White and Black (as oppose to the 5 going on 6 Capt. Americas). The Bucky body can easily become Patriot from the Young Avengers too (his first outfit) or that Chick Bucky from the Leifeld Capt. America. I also wouldn't be surprised to see yet another Wolverine in T-shirt made from the Cage mold.

I just can't get over Thor's derpy face. why was the sculpt was based on the ONE time he was ever drawn with a broken nose?
I don't think I ever heard for sure, the SDCC2010 Ages of Thunder Thor is MU scale, right? I'll have to find a way to get that one... |

I just opened my Secret Wars packs. Dr. Doom is using Ultron's body. Don't get me wrong, it works, it is just rather interesting. D'oh, I think they are all reuse. Absorbing man is Cage. Thing is...Thing. Bulldozer is the same as the other 2 Wrecking Crew. Storm is the standard girl body (man that thing is versatile) and Nightcrawler actually might be a new sculpt in the central part of his body (and hands and feet, the rest being black Spidey). I hope the Cap is like the ML Cap with all the removable accessories, helmut, mask, guns etc etc This is Age of Thunder Thor I believe, so I'm guessing the figure will basically be the Modern MU Thor without the chainmail |

definately going yto get my hands on both. Hopefully 2 of each as well.
I really think the Cap is going to be good but I agree, he should have removable everything. The AoT Thor that was shown was really good looking.

The rest of the figures work fine. Bulldozer, although a very minor character, looks frickin awesome I must say. |

They work well. The only gripe I have would be with Doctor Doom's Ultron body. Since Ultron has Shoulder Pad/Coverings like Iron Man he also has divots in his shoulders to accommodate them. As such, Doom, baring any shoulder pads has the same divots and nothing to cover them.

JUST GOT MINE.
Bought them from HTS.com. I live in Wisconsin. All the figures are great except for Black Widow. She sucks. They reused the Female body but gave her new hands. She can barely hold her rifle. This is a must re-do. Thor is the best out of this set. GREAT articulation and GREAT sculpt and paint app. Cannot wait for the next wave.

Well that's good to know about Doctor Doom then.
I'll be switching his head with the normal ultron body. Already got the throne ready too using Ultron's body. |

Has anyone with the new Wave 2 noticed that the Iron Man's chest....repulsor....heart....thingy...is actually removable. I mean, it's glued in there...but they left it open to make Iron Patriot...etc.
Smart...
