So, I heard you wanted custom articulated Skylanders Spyro's Adventure figures? Here I articulated Chop Chop and Prism Break using parts of other small figures like the tiny people that came with the Transformers Human Alliance and ball joints from Hobby Link Japan. Each figure has full articulation in the neck, shoulders, waist, elbows, hips, and knees. Each figure can be removed from the base now. They still work with the game as long as you attach them to the base once you're ready to play since that's where the RFID chip is.
I really like Prism Break's design and gave his shoulders/elbows a good range of articulation so he could pose those prisms. Chop Chop uses double ball joints in his arms and legs so he's especially poseable. Now these Skylanders action figures can sit, wave, or battle in the palm of your hand even when you're not playing the game! How cool is that? Hey Activision, let's see some articulated Skylanders figures in the future please! |

Ooh, I didn't think of that! Looking at the back of the head, yes, I think this can be done. Thanks for the input! I'm making more Prism Breaks and will try articulating the jaw now. I also want to make his hands light up on one.

I had no clue what these were until I walked into Sears the other night with my son, they do look neat, those crystal guys are very neat.
