Ross has $2.50 Black Series 3.75 Ponda Baba, Proto Boba Fett, Tusken Raider, and Sand Trooper. If anyone sees Boba, Tusken, or Sand Trooper, check my BST list to see if we can do a trade!

Has anybody here on the Ark heard of a new cartoon called "Star Wars: Resistance?" I found it by accident while flipping channels last week and had to turn it off. If you thought Last Jedi hit rock bottom and made your eyes bleed, wait 'til you see this. Oh man, it is so bad.

Hell, I believe that the last seasons of Clone Wars was better than the last few Star Wars movies we received. Last edited by Trivial Psychic; 10-19-2018 at 05:57 AM.. |

To be fair, The Clone Wars and Rebels were pretty cringeworthy when they started out (especially Clone Wars) but they picked up and are now some of the most beloved Star Wars properties out there.

If you mean the Maul Arc involving Death Watch, the takeover of Mandalore and creation of Crimsom Dawn, and his fall to Palpatine...yes. Those episodes were incredible. |

if this is the Lost Episodes or whatever they called them...the ones that came on Netflix...YES...the writing and subject matter was great. There's sooooo much that can be done with Star wars lore with good writing...like you said.

I think the cinematography was the best of any of the star wars films, the story was pretty meh though, I really enjoyed the force awakens however, resistance doesn't look that great, but then again I'm not an 8 year old, so I'm not going to go on a tangent about it, I think a lot of kids are going to enjoy it, especially if it's there first introduction to star wars.

Yeah, it's clearly geared towards kids, yet the timeslot doesn't make sense for that to be the case, doesn't make much sense to me.

Not that anyone asked for my two cents... but then that's never really stopped me before: I thought that The Last Jedi was decent enough- it certainly had its moments. It was not the worst movie in the franchise nor the best- and for me: mediocre Star Wars tales are still better than most other tales! |

Not entirely certain that you fully understand the meaning of the term 'silent'.

i really had no interest in SW Black series when they were initially released and kinda cherry pic the ones I actually purchase.
But...aside from the mains (Luke, Anakin, Obi-Wan) were other Jedi released?? Like any from the Jedi Council or eps 1 2 and 3?? I feel like if there was a Mace Windu I def would have purchased it..but don't recall ever seeing one. |

Just Qui Gon and Yoda from the films.
Plus Kanan Jarrus, Ahsoka Tano and Jaina Solo from the tv shows/EU.

I'm with DarkToyLord and liked Last Jedi. Not the best, but still might become better once 9 comes out and links it all together.
I will have to get new shots of the First Order to honor that. Now up to almost 50 First Order Stormtroopers currently . Last pic I posted was almost two years ago maybe and it was around 12 or so.

I didn't know Jaina Solo was a Jedi. Is she canon? Quote:
post em up after you take them. I actually wonder how many Black Series figures I have. I don't give them a lot of love with the pics. I should go dig em' all out and see. Quote:
There hasn't been a Mace Windu yet but he's definitely on my wish list. I would also totally get Plo Koon and Kit Fisto, they were my favorite "oh look at that guy, he's neat" jedi in the prequels and the clone wars cartoon did a great job giving them some spotlight.
Same here. I feel like I'd def grab Jedi figs. I used to own them in 3.75 versions back when I cared about that. I have soooooo many 3.75 figures from back in the Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones era. Right after that I had burned out on Star Wars merchandise for a bit. I'd actually sell it all...just been tooo lazy to go dig it all out and post it. Last edited by Augustus_Cole; 10-21-2018 at 01:54 AM.. |
