Question for you black series collectors. I don't collect Star Wars at all but I have a Captain Rex and I'm wondering why did this figure shoot up on the aftermarket? I literally got it because it looked cool and it had only cost $5 at a DD's Discount. I bought it a year ago and there was a few of them actually. What happened to cause this deep discounted pegwarmer to be so popular?

Time. New people have started collecting since then and they want the character, or because Hasbro is doing more Clone Wars characters in general so people who passed before are backtracking to build on that theme.

The Vintage Collection Incinerator/flametrooper stormtrooper figure came a half hour ago by Fed Ex along with the Mel Gibson Fatman movie. Its great they came today but they were left outside the front door during this really cold weather.
I get a little nervous superstitious whatever when it comes to packages delivered when its really cold outside. Yeah theyre in the packages but still they do still get cold at the same time even if theyre outside for just a minute or so. |

Nice composition, was that Barris as the base? Quote:

They're fine, the Fatman movie for DVD along with the Vintage Collection Incinerator stormtrooper. They were only outside for a minute or two where they were dumped on the ground by the fed ex guy. he didnt bother to knock on the door.
With extreme cold weather that goes on recently you would be worried too if a package that has a movie inside or an action figure left outside even for just a minute or two in the below zero weather. |

Speaking of Dark Rey, anyone have an extra Dark Rey lightsaber for sale or trade? I picked the figure up last week, and--within ten minutes of opening it--my daughter had put teethmarks on the saber. She's normally really good about playing with my toys carefully, but here we are... chewed folding double lightsaber.

^ The way you posed all the frightened Rebel troopers is so great. LOL. Once every few months I go back and watch the ending of Rogue One and it is still always awesome.
