Yeah, I'm officially over ReAction figures. These things are multiplying like bunnies, and at $18 a pop it's just crazy. *winces*

Wish they had updates on the first wave of TMMT Ultimates. They've only shown the prototypes so far.

Ultimates Cheetara and Slithe have my attention, though Slithes texturing makes me think of carpet rather than reptile skin.

Show off the Mars Attacks figures already!
Edit: never mind, they're at the bottom haha

Interested in getting Cheetara. How good is this line in terms of translating from prototype to product? The paintwork looks really clean on the prototype....

I saw the ALIENS figures at another site. They look okay for what they are.
The problem with the Reaction figures is they look like things that should be at Five Below. $10 was too much. $15 was for die hards. $18 is for the Crazies, and they'll probably get to that movie sometime, too. Red Dawn? Really? I need some figures to kill my Kingdom of Crystal Skull Russians. LOL. |

Kind of annoyed Toyark neglected to take full photos of some of the Reaction figures. How about clear shots of the Red Dawn and Aliens figures?? Were Newt and Ripley the only 2 Aliens figures on display?
Those new BTTF figures look so much better than the originals. Last edited by ShabbyBlue; 02-22-2020 at 01:55 PM.. |

I appreciate that, but also assume that once they are done taking pics and posting them to their gallery, they aren't going to go back and take more from the same display. So it seems we missed seeing clear shots of the Aliens and Red Dawn figures.

I can always ask them to swing back if they missed something. But it would have to be tomorrow (they are at an offsite Hasbro Press Event now). They were rushed through Super7 due to the number of people jamming it, so people were being directed to keep moving. It happens with every booth early on if you're not the first ones there. Super7 is a jam packed display, so it's a bit easier to skip a shelf if you get distracted.

Wow the Turtles reaction line's first two waves started out so strong but yikes. April, Baxter and Krang look awful. Even the ultimates are underwhelming now. Have buyer's remorse a little. Should have gone all in on Thundercats. Neca is killing it with Tmnt but too bad 1/3 of what I bought have broken.

Man, I cannot get over how bad that Krang is. It literally looks like some old chewing gum with a face on it and not at all like the original figure.

Those Aliens figures look real nice. I'm glad I didn't pass on the Aliens Ripley/Queen Alien/Power Loader set a few years ago, even though at the time I figured it would just be a one-shot. Now I'm compelled to get this entire series to go with it. This is probably Super 7's last go around with Reaction Alien/Aliens stuff since they completed the Nostromo crew already. I doubt they'll do any Alien 3 stuff, though I wouldn't mind an Alien 3 Ripley and dog xeno.
The Back to the Future 2 figures look so much better than the wave Funko did. Much better detailed sculpting on these. Based on the preorders that have been up on BBTS and EE for months now, there will be more BTTF figures coming later... 1955 Doc, 1955 Marty, Radiation Suit Marty, 1985 Doc and 1985 Marty (improved sculpts compared to Funko?). Surprisingly there's no Old 2015 Biff even though he had much more screen time in BTTF2 than Griff did. Hopefully this isn't the last of it, because we need Old Biff and then BTTF3 Old West Marty, Doc, and Buford Tannen. Last edited by ShabbyBlue; 02-23-2020 at 01:08 PM.. |

The price of reactions...but man some of these are just awesome.
Any word if they would ever do futurama or Simpsons in reaction? We are way over do for some futurama news from someone. No way am I pay the eBay prices for toynami. The Simpsons feel over looked as well of late. Feels like a good fit at super7. |

Wow...good to know. I was hoping the mega constructs by Mattel would have given us the planet express building and ship.
But reaction seems perfect for playsets and vehicles for Simpsons and futurama. The prices on eBay show there is a market for more futurama. |
