That is all really great stuff. Everything shown there SHF is desired, no filler. Gonna be a busy year in 2021, assuming it all actually comes out.

No no no. You are missing the point. His body And articulation get updated every few years. So MOST Vegeta's are of different body origins of each other. The poseability is always updated to create not necessarily MORE range, but more easy flowing pose-ability.
Anyways looks great |

No Ultraman stuff? No Sailor Moon? No Kamen Rider? Meh.
That Godzilla looks terrible though. Glad I have the NECA one.

I was speaking on DB stuff by the way.
And yeah, redoing core characters is a bit more welcome in this line since they had so many different looks head to toe over the years. At first it was a bit heavy with goku/vegeta but they've balanced out well I think. Also, a lot of the early versions don't hold up well today. Early vegeta and SS goku specifically. So redos are welcome IMO. The Broly Vegeta was one of the best, and it looks like thats getting ported to the Frieza saga. Tho that color blue is more like the Cell saga blue, was a bit darker on Namek I think. |

Some great new Marvel figures!
Especially nice for Avenger fans and most of us are, I guess ; ) I am still waiting to get all members of Guardians of the Galaxy for my shelf though... And why not adding Ghost (Ant-Man and the Wasp)? |

I'm pretty sure those Z ones were shown off for a while now though.

For Showa there's only Ultraman Leo and Sevenger if you want to count him, although he's more inspired by his Ultraman Z appearance. But may I ask why you're bitching about Tamashii not showing things on a website that never covers any of it? All the stuff you're looking for is over at toku or at anime boards. Or you know, since it's a digital event, on Tamashii's website. |

Nope, all new. We only knew about Alpha Edge. Base form Z, the Zero mantle, Geed Galaxy Rising and Sevenger are all new.

I don't think so. When they first startd Figuarts Ultraman like 3-4 years ago they had a lot of early prototypes on display once. Alle the Ultra Brothers and even Heisei stuff like Tiga we haven't heard about since. Leo might've been there, but this figures is a new reveal IMO.

As someone who only started collecting DBZ within the past couple of years-- seeing characters like Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu is awesome! I'll pretty much only be missing Krillin.

Those Yamcha and Tien figs were actually shown before (or similar) but they changed before release to be the Saiyan saga versions. Glad they are officially dropping. Articulated Chiaotzu is cool. Nappa looks good, but not really needed IMO. Hit is really needed, last major dude from Super I think. Z females, aka Namek Bulma, welcome. Now we need a Chi Chi. And then, in-scale kid Trunks and Goten. That Goku set with the food, if all that comes in one box - awesome. Not something I NEED, but It would be a cool setup. Some extra chairs for other peeps would be great. Also a great chance to get a Chi Chi in the mix. |

Happy to see the Cell Arc versions of characters - though as somebody trying to complete a Saiyan Arc display, I'm most happy we're getting anime Nappa (I missed out on the first one) and a poseable Chaozu. Also hoping that the old Tenshinhan will be easier to find on eBay now, lol. And yay, Hit!
Wish we could get a new Saiyan Arc Vegeta that's closer to Raditz's and Nappa's style, but tbf we're definitely due that Cell Arc update first. Very surprised it's not the Freeza Arc armor, considering all of the other figs from that arc recently! Last edited by Ricno924; 11-06-2020 at 11:19 AM.. |

The Goku knee joints are still stupid as hell. What the hell happened to future figures using the piccolo 2.0 knee joints? Is bandai just stupid? Where is the improvement here?

Nappa and Vegeta look like repaints.
All the Gokus are modified with new parts and some replace old tech versions that came before. Tien and Yamcha look like new molds based on previous prototypes that never came out. But their characters have been put out in different looks before. (See here, scroll down) Chiaotzu previosly was a non-articulated pack in with Tien. Now articulated and all new. Hit and Bulma are all new. Bulma somehow has 3 figures in different looks already, but they were from the original DB era. That Cell shell, can't see it coming by itself so I'm guessing 1st form Imperfect Cell is coming. But that's also new. |

I stepped out of the figuarts game for a little bit, and missed all the 2.0 Vegeta's, so his re-release is what I have been waiting for.
