Star Wars: The Clone Wars Black Series Target Exclusive Figures Announced

Sweet Zombie Jesus. Why not just say these are scalper exclusives because they will never hit store shelves. I like the arc trooper and the other trooper but ill never see them in any target. Nowadays the figures go straight from the truck to ebay....dont even hit store pegs,

If I never see these, I won’t be too mad. I just picked up the Archive Anakin earlier this year, and prefer the Clone Commander Obi from a couple years ago. I’ll still hunt Targets for them though, lol.

You know what I hate most about this post? The fact that it's true.

Toy aisles are so desolate that anything Star Wars is gone in the first few minutes. And Target won't get another shipment for a month. If ever.

I'd like to be able to get Echo, he was my favorite clone on the show, but given the Target exclusive nature of these releases I'm doubtful I can actually get him. Maybe these will still be sprinkled out into normal waves later.

Well, I collect all these black series figures released on the “one true scale” cards, so I need these. I hope there as a long enough preorder window.

We get a 2008 Clone Wars tribute wave but no Ahsoka? I'm still waiting for a 6" Ahsoka in her season 3-6 outfit (the one she's most known for). We got a TVC figure of her in that outfit, but so far for 6" Only her Rebels and Clone Wars season 7 outfits.

In response to another wave of Target exclusives from you...

Booo... why is Rex an Arc Trooper? He should be Phase I Rex from 2008 IMO. That CW Obi and Ani are fire though! That packaging has so much Nostalgia for me though... 2008-2009 really was the best time for SW toys IMO.

And Yup... I will never see these... never even saw a Dark Rey... let alone any Bad Batch figures and those aren't even exclusive.

^ Oops... my bad... maybe I can still get a phase I Rex then one day. I am not really a fan of Arc Troopers... that CW episode when Kamino was attacked was awesome though.

These are going straight to ebay, $60-$70 each instead of retail. Why even bother advertising you will never be able to purchase these at retail

What a boring selection, give us Ahsoka in her earlier costumes, especially her second outfit, that was a killer design.

I want these, but only if they're packaged in the standard box for a later re-release, because I want the same packaging for all my Black Series stuff. I hate this "anniversary" helmet-shaped packaging.

Kinda figured no early season Ahsoka, because we can't have skimpy outfits in Star Wars these days.

I would love to see the awkwardness if Hasbro ever tried to do a realistic style 14 year old in a tube-top

Probably because we already got Ahsoka less than a year ago in the Walmart ebay...er, exclusive wave. They probably felt it was too soon for another one.

I think it's more likely that Hasbro/Lucasfilm has prioritized Ahsoka's look from The Mandalorian. Especially if she'll wear the same outfit in the Ahsoka series.




Hopefully, Ahsoka from CW Seasons 3-5 will come with Anakin and Obi Wan.

I just realise now that it is Target Exclusive and we won't have them in Europe... I'm gonna cry T_T

I love her Mandalorian outfit. It's straight up ninja. Check out pics of the upcoming Hot Toys release. She even wears tabi boots.
