Um, okay. When were these announced and what is the point without a new cartoon to back it up?
BTW, why does Superman need a motor cycle?

I can see how this sucks for collectors, but my son will be all over this and we'll have fun playing with them. Hope they come out with some villains, too!

These figures are clearly for kids, so adults complaining about them sucking is just pointless.
Why do they need a new cartoon to accompany a toy line? These are characters that kids know, regardless of what medium they know them from. It's in DC's best interest to always be a presence out in the marketplace and constantly produce items to keep the little kiddies hooked, well into adulthood... |

Aren't these just re used sculpts from the Brave and the Bold toyline?

I first saw them the other day, but I can't say I'm all that impressed by them. Granted, they're obviously meant for very young kids.
I might have gotten one for my 6-year-old, if she showed even the slightest interest in DC characters. For good or bad, she's becoming a Marvel fangirl through and through. And I'm good with that. Maybe he was going to Sturgis and wanted to look the part?

i saw these yesterday and the lack of articulation made me pass but they do look strong enough to stand a throw to the wall which is what some gets love to do. kind of like smaller versions of the marvel figs they did years ago. but i can't remember the toy line they blended into. something to do with rescue heroes?...

Maybe it's just hard to tell from the photos, but Jordan looks like he's based on the GL:TAS design/style. Makes since if he was, they seem to have had that mold ready.

These are closer to the DCAU art style... at least they look like it from the photos.

Nope. Those figures were full of peg hols for snap on accessories. And had a completely different style. These are closer to the DCAU art style... at least they look like it from the photos.

Well, looking at the single carded Batman, he definitely has the style of the Brave and the Bold, and taking that into account, the other figures look close to the style too, and I know Mattel never released some of the figures, so I'm guessing, yeah, they're from BATB. Now where's my God-Dang Music Meister figure?!
