Can anyone help me find out how to contact Max Factory Japan?? I have a Guyver 1 figure from when they were first released back in... I don't even remember when. Anyway, I had gotten a hold of a few others last year, however the Murakami figure I got in the set has very loose feet, and any time he would fall forward, he'd take out Guyver 1. This has happened so many times now that the left lower knee joint of Guyver 1 broke... So I am trying to find a way to contact Max Factory to see if they can help me with a replacement part. If anyone one here can help.. It would really be appreciated. I went to their site, and tried to translate it, but to my surprise, no contact information that I could find. If it helps this is the link to the site that I found: MAX FACTORY-TOP. So yea.. Any help would rock. Thanks guys n Gals!!

Have you tried the old Super Glue trick for loose joints?
Seriously, it works great- just rop a single drop of glue into a loose joint and keep moving the part back and forth untill it's tight and has a slight squeak (maybe 5-10 minutes tops) - it'll stay tight but the glue has already dried, just not bonded to itself. I did this with the ankles on an old ML Captain America fig and he stands perfectly by himself now. No help on contact infor though you could check them on facebook and see if they have a US presence there- lots of overseas companies do. |

it's not the loose joint I'm worried about.. It's the broken knee joint on the Guyver 1 I'm concerned with. However, because of the TYPE of plastic they use on these, I'm not even sure that the super glue trick would work on Murikami's ankles.

I would suggest all of the social media sites, Google and a few other search engines. If you still have the packaging, there should at least be copyright information which would give you something to go on (such as a full company name).
Important safety tip, thanks for the heads up.

Even if it's an import, the packaging has to have something in English besides your address in the event the package needs to be returned and the bar code is damaged or otherwise unreadable.

If you paid through pay pal, you can try to file a dispute so they can give you the company's contact info.
