So how can I actually buy this in the US?

Walmart doesn't sell them in stores.

Walmart doesn't offer it online.

But it's a Walmart exclusive.

Obviously they meant Ebay exclusive like the other Casey Jones NECA figures are.

Found this guy tonight alongside disco shredder. Probably a good time to start checking your local Walmart’s
