I'm not entirely sure. I don't think it would be an issue, but I would absolutely send them a message or email to double check.

No idea who he is without reading the blub (same with Danny), but he looks kinda cool. I got the 4 crates, so I guess I'll just keep him and sell the other figures. Maybe keep the Clone Shredder thing if it looks cool.
Only had Genesis Tournament Fighters so I have no idea who the shark dude is. Man, though, I wish it was Karai they offered instead. Or Ninja April. Or Sisyphus. Basically spent $300 for this Scrag guy I guess? |

Damn Neca. You’re killing me. Zero interest in getting these crates but Scrag looks amazing! He was always my favorite looking member of the gang. Love that you can swap out parts to create his mutated look.

Pass. The entire 2nd Series has slim appeal. And shame on NECA for not including photos of the figures they're asking fans to pay up for in advance. Everything they do is slimy.

I wouldn't trust them to get it right, I don't think it'd work. I'd just order the whole set and sell the Danny.

Got the first set of loot crate individually instead of dropping 150 bucks at once and I didn't get bunny bebop so I wouldn't guess yes

I FUCKING LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This cartoon series has been the absolute best...still wish I could get retail prices...BUT MAN! The designers and engineers are SO BRILLIANT. I love it. I love it. I'm trying so hard to be mad but the figures are too damn good. Great job NECA, round of applause. I can't wait. |

I know someone who is super into Bebop and Rocksteady's other co-horts from the first episode so Scrag lit up his day. If only he could afford all the boxes to get him :[
Since we're finally getting legit Tournament Fighters figures, I figure pink Bebop and green Rocksteady from Mt. Olympus should be easy enough redecos.

NECA might as well tell us now they will be doing Archie Comics. The comic version of Armaggon is a super easy reuse. There's no way they would make this unique sculpt for a video game lootcrate and not have plans for this to be one of the most humongous sale items for the "toon" line. Archie Comics is basically the same as the cartoon so all those collectors will keep up on both. I couldn't be happier, the comic has a ton of great characters we all NEED!!!!!

Turns out this character wasn't in the Genesis version of The Tournament Fighters, no wonder I didn't remember it. I think it's crazy they developed basically two different games with the same title for the two systems. It looks like the SNES one was better too.

The 16-bit days were like the wild west when porting between systems. Any time there was a game on both SNES and Genesis, chances were their were major differences (and not just limitations based on hardware), or a completely different game. Check out side by side videos of games like Robocop vs Terminator, Samurai Showdown, Pit Fighter, etc.

SNES >>>>> Genesis
BTW, TMNT Tournament Fighters was a totally rad game. I'd love to see NECA make more characters from it. |

In the end Sega couldn't compete with their 1st party releases. Mario, Zelda, Starfox, Kirby were all top shelf series. However, there were a number (tho not all) of 3rd party multi-platform games where the overall version was far better on the Genesis.

I'm not into the pixelated-deco figures, but I'd buy a cartoon-stlye Armaggon.

There was also an NES version that was vastly different.
