With this week's discussion thread centered on vehicles I thought this would be appropriate. I found this fun little read over at Mania.com. It lists the top 10 vehicles from various toy lines. While I definitely do not agree 100% with this list I loved a lot of the vehicles mentioned. Also, there were a few that I had completely forgotten about until I saw the pictures. Again, this list is grossly incomplete, but it is still a fun little 5-minute time wasting trip down memory lane. Enjoy.

That's actually a pretty cool article. Before I clicked, I thought about a few vehicles I felt definitely should be on the list, and most of them were. So yes, I agree.

Nice article. I can't really argue with #1 but I'm surprised certain vehicles were left off the list in lieu of others.
Of course, there were a few on the list that I thought were downright stupid as a kid (even now, really).

Others would be the SF Batmobile (never cared it in that style) and the Joe W.H.A.L.E. (plenty of other Joe vehicles that easily trump that one and were still affordable). Here's one that's absent from the list and should have gotten an honorable mention at the very least: the AT-AT.

MOTU Battle Ram, for one. Not much for a ramming device when the driver is completely unprotected. Not even a harness or seat belt to keep him from flying out. Of course, if they had called it a rocket launcher that shoots Magic Missiles, I'd have been fine with it.

I would have preferred they went with bashasaurus or the roton. |

The Roton rocked! I even loved the noise it would make when it came spinning towards my Joes and Masters.

The W.H.A.L.E. was awesome, and Cutter wore a Red Sox hat! OK, maybe not the best, but it is definitely in my top 5 'Joe vehicles.

I guess I've been out-voted.
But some of the Joe vehicles that I loved as a kid would be the Mamba, Wolf, Night Raven and Rolling Thunder.
