Sorry to be the one to tell you but TMNT has officially stopped licensing LEGO. They are now starting a partnership with Mega Blocks and will release toys next year.

That's because that's one of their UCS style sets. The UCS (Ultimate Collectors Series) sets are usually more detailed than the standard sets and are usually much larger than the more affordable versions of the same vehicle.
