Simply post here for your nomination of best Transformers related toy.

There have been some great figures this year, and there are some coming out just before the end of the year.
Having said that, I'm going to go for FansProjects Bruticus. Many types of awesome! |

Comes down to Masterpiece Grimlock, and Reveal the Shield Jazz for me.
MP Grimlock loses major points for being so strictly modeled after the original toy in his T. Rex mode. Jazz however is *the* toy I've been waiting for since the age of articulation began for Transformers. So until they make an ultra class Grimlock with a G1 bot mode, and an updated tyrannosaur mode, I choose Jazz as the best toy for the year. |

I got (Takara) Masterpiece Grimlock in 2009, and so far I've only got Drift, Straxus and Blurr from Generations, so I think I'm going to have to go for 2010 Unicron.
For a mold that's been around for 7 years or so he's still fantastic. |

Hey it said "transformers related." just kidding. That Grimlock was awesome. What about Takara's Buster Prime? I'm biased cause I like prime... I guess that's my vote then. Buster Prime.

TF Generations (Or Reveal the Shield) Scourge. Saw the Video review for this one and Hasbro went way out of the way with this one.

I dont have Masterpiece Grimlock or id be inclined to vote that way, the vote for me goes to War For Cybertron Soundwave, we havent had a nearly true to G1, updated figure and he is awesome. After that Id say Leader Class Starscream for best bot engineering, and Human Alliance Jazz comes to mind as well.

Buster Prime is awesome, too bad most shops online tend to be out of stock though. I suspect that the one from the Jetfire 2 pack with battle mask will be repainted as a Movie Masterpiece, and/or battle hooks Prime from HFTD with way more paint apps and the buster cannon.
Other noteworthy must-haves from this year include Human Alliance Jazz, Leader Starscream, and voyager Battle Blades Prime.

It would be easy for TakaraTomy to do so though. I can see it now, Buster Prime with battle mask as Movie 1 Masterpiece, Buster Prime with battle hooks as Movie 2 Revenge Of The Fallen Masterpiece.

MP Grimlock, Animated Rodimus, Generations Drift. I would like to say Skullgrin, but I think that should fall into 2011 toy discussion. I would nominate Leader Starscream but I have yet to pick that one up so I don't know much aboot it.
