Great shots as always, and by the way: I really like how the preview pic for the gallery and the one in the featured stories header synch up to make one big picture

"On first glance he screams Leatherface but may actually be scarier because he’s rocking blood covered Crocs."
Before Arkham Knight I was never very impressed by Pyg from what I'd seen in the comics. Sure he was immediately one of Batman's grosser villains what with the mutilating people and all but when I read "oinkety oink" in his speech bubbles it seemed silly. But this game isn't a comic so we actually get to hear Pyg for the first time and it was pretty great. I almost completely credit Dwight Schultz's performance for why I got this figure.

Awesome pictures of Pyg. For some reason I thought his face was deformed under that mask, in game. I gotta look that up now. I haven't been able to afford any of these lately, but maybe I'll make an exception in my budget for him.

So who else had Azrael attack Batman? I thought it'd lead to a cool Origins Deathstroke style fight.
That figure looks sweet. |

His face certainly isn't normal but it's not really deformed either. It looks tight in some areas and then kinda crunched up in others as if he has undergone amateur plastic surgery. I think it's a good figure to have if you liked the character in the game or the comics, he's still new enough that plenty of people had no clue who he was when he showed up in Arkham Knight.

His face really reminded me of Bruce Campbell's character from Escape from LA, that bad sequel which gets played more on television for some reason than its better predecessor.

Red Hood 1.0 definitely looks pretty good. The mask still doesn't work quite as well in figure form, but overall not bad.

I got my Red Hood in the mail last week. I'm holding off on opening him until I move. He looks awesome, and is a great representation of the in-game model. The Red Hood boss fight was the reason I went out and bought the original figure (still super happy I found that), so I knew I needed this one.
My only complaint is the same for Arkham Knight, give us a damn bicep swivel. It's criminal that this character, so based in sniping, holds his rifle like an old GI Joe. Otherwise, these sculpts are heavenly. It really doesn't get better for scale. |

I wanted this figure, but when I saw in-store that he doesn't actually include the two pistols that he was solicited with, it killed my enthusiasm. If DCC was going to cheap out, they should have included the pistols and skipped the rifle. He can't hold the rifle in a convincing pose because of the articulation, and the dual pistols are more iconic for the Red Hood character anyway. Plus they were used more in the game.

Has anyone put the Arkham Knight head on the new Red Hood figure?
