Amazing photos as always Tony! Absolute joy to go through them!
On the figure, is it just me, or does he not look a little more like Nicholas Cage from some angles haha? |

Isn't DST doing a 2nd version, from JW2, as well?

Amazing photos! Wow! Seriously impressive!
The figure is too BIG! What the heck were they thinking? That’s like 8” scale. Such a shame, because I would have loved to pick this one up. The scale ruins it for me, look at him next to the Terminator, that sucks! Great sculpt though. |

I know the Gotham ones were big, but can't remember how much bigger than NECA / McFarlane style they were. So not sure if par for the course. Each company rocks their own scale. But for me, it's a tad bigger than I would want. If it were closer to that Terminator, or even slightly taller, I'd prefer that. That being said, this is a super well done fig standing on it's own. |

Plus with his excellent spread of accessories and strong likeness I can overlook inconstancies in height and scale. |

This is an awesome figure! Yeah this John Wock figure is a little too tall, but at the end of the day he’s not too out of place. Keanu is about 6’1” and should run about the same height as a Terminator (Arnold and Samuel L. Jackson are about 6’2” ) but it’s not to far fetched to imagine John Wick a littlle more imposing height-wise.
Plus with his excellent spread of accessories and strong likeness I can overlook inconstancies in height and scale. I'm feeling tempted to get one of these but I'm not sure if I'd want this one or the sequel version.

In one of the pics where DST Wick is lined up with Terminator, Deadpool, Punisher, etc, can anyone tell me which Deadpool that is?? I'd love to get it!

"Hey we heard people weren't happy with the size of the John Wick figure."
"Say no more." lol, great review though! Do you find the DS one to be better than the Mafex? |

Ugh, what are they doing with scale?? I had my preorder for this already process and had I seen this I would have canceled it. Most people buying DST’s film/TV figures likely want to incorporate them into a 7” scale collection of like figures...and most of DST’s other offerings fit. This is confusing.

I have the 2 Mafex ones, both are a bit loosey, and the heads are both "eh". I don't have MEZCO coming, I don't prefer the soft goods personally, head is ok there, but soft features. 1/6th - could be ok but again, head a bit off and soft goods, and spensive. Just pick your poison, there is something acceptable in all the above though. |

I do. The overall sculpt, head are tops. Just too big for mixing with other lines. If it was Marvel Legends scale, or even standard NECA/McFarlane 7 scale, would be perfect.

Great pics and review Tony, as always.
It really is a shame this does not scale that well with others. I only went with the Wick 2 from MAFEX, I'm okay/fine with it having the better headsculpt from the previous version, but I know my expectations from them with loose joints. I dream of a Wick figure with better soft goods, think it would be cool if someone made a figure that looked accurate with the Itallian "tactical lining" suit. Luckily Wick franchise has got a few years of life left. |

Done really well. I wonder; will there be other Wick figures in this scale? (the Bowery king, Sofia, etc)

I'm glad I was able to see these images, I just cancelled my preorder before it was too late. I didn't fully love the first release because of its massive size, seeing how wildly out of scale the new version is kills my desire for it.
