Batman and Robin with Bat Signal and Wonder Woman Statue by DC Collectibles

I'd ask where those 3 3/4 inch New 52 figures that won the poll are, but do I REALLY expect them to acknowledge that people actually want figures in that scale?

As much as i am a huge fan of the animated series the bat signal set doesn't do it for me would work better as 4 pack with Jim and bullock or maybe renee montoya that would be more appealing IMO

Glad they have cloth capes. Now they can actually sit inside the Batmobile. I could have sworn I saw the Batmobile was getting a re-release cloth caped versions of the Dynamic Duo, but now at least I can get this set with the Batsignal and still pick their ride up separately.

You're right; they initially revealed a new, chromed version of the Batmobile with both Batman & Robin with cloth capes and the Batsignal.

But at Toy Fair they said they realized this was kind of a dick move so they outsourced the cloth cape figures and the Batsignal into this set.

The new version of the Batmobile with these figures and the Batsignal might still happen though.

Where is it reported that the re-release of the Batmobile with the clothed-caped figures and batsignal ISN'T still coming? BBTS still has the set up for preorder. I didn't get the Batmobile when it first came out by itself and have had this deluxe set preordered for a couple months now, so I hope you are wrong about DCC cancelling it and only offering the figures/batsignal by themselves. Offering both options is the best decision for those who already got the batmobile the first time, and those who didn't and want to get the whole set together.

They never said anything about not releasing the batmobile 2.0 set. What they did say is that they would also release the figures and batsignal as a seperate set so that people who had bought the first version of the batmobile wouldn't have to either buy it again or be left out of the new version's additions. Which is exactly what we're seeing here.

Ditto. I wish they'd just shit or get off the pot with those figures already. Getting a little tired of waiting around to hear something about them.

Sorry off track there. Batman and Robin look great like they did before but I'm not a fan of cloth capes so they don't really do much for me. And adding a batsignal isn't really sweetening the pot.

I prefer cloth capes if they're full capes rather than permanently cut into a folded/hanging shape as they are here.

They look like cloth with plastic. I can get on board with that.
