Just a bit of Sunday morning 7 am painting. This Data Viper looks ace on the shelf, but in pics you can really notice the paint difference. So, two super thin coats of Sun yellow, some sealer and then touch up the black and he is sorted! Supreme is sorted. I will add a dab of sculpt to the front of his helmet to look like the insignia the Supreme has. Nice and easy, I usually fully disassemble the body, sand down to avoid rub, and "super-glue-trick" everything so no paint ever comes off no matter how much you pose or play. This guy this morning.... Nice and easy. Will be posting up AIM pics today in the main thread, just thought I would give a behind-the-scenes look in here. I will also add research pics to the ALBUMS on my home page here for posterity sake. Nice long holiday weekend, nice and lazy. I try to avoiding out on a bank hols weekend. Might go to the park and take some outdoor Skrull shots though. Also, after putting the new stands on everyone, I am out of flight and floor stands again. They go fast!

So the word is the line is officially "being rested." What are you all going to collect in the meantime? Filling holes in your collections? Making customs? Switching to a different line?

I also collect transformers so will carry on with that. For Marvel, I've got all of the characters I want planned as customs so will (very) slowly work through them.

Hey all! Long time no speak! Ragnarok just around the corner and coincidentally found the Marvel Infinite Series Ares and Valkyrie wave in my local TK Maxx. £7.99 each. Didn't spot any of the others from the wave apart from Omega Red but still, that was one of those waves I never saw when the Infinite Series was going strong around most local stores, so thought it was worth giving a heads up.

Seems to be a fair bit of old stock showing up recently. I saw a Marvel Universe carded Mary Jane in FP Leeds last week.

Heads up for the 6" Marvel Legends collectors, the Avengers Vision, Sam Wilson Cap and Kate Bishop Hawkeye pack has popped up in TK Maxx for £19.99. Picked up one of the three in my local one. Not a set I was in a rush to get originally but with it being less than the normal price for just one Marvel Legends figure these days, couldn't pass on this one.

Not Marvel, but Home Bargains have the mega bloks collector ninja turtle Rocksteady and Bebop sets for 3.99. Was very surprised to see them considering how much I paid. Merry Christmas by the way!

Last wave of 3.75" Legends are available on Amazon.com for a reasonable price - picked up Gold Ultron and Magneto for £27.14 shipped. Cheaper than eBay at least!

and Original Iron Man Mark I. No idea what wave that'll be as I don't collect these, lol. I'm pretty sure I spotted others there too, but really can't remember which. But I'd certainly say that £1.99 is a pretty decent price if you missed any. |

Hello friends, I’m in Oxford Circus for 3 days for a short mission and was wondering if there would be a nice place around to spend my money except for Forbidden Planet I already know. Some nice Gamespot or those supermarkets that discounts toys maybe?
Thanks for your intel!

Thanks for your intel! In other news, Entertainer has £5 3.75” Star Wars Black. Not Marvel I hear you say, well, technically no it’s not, but they do have that Doom deco clone trooper.
