I think my PotF2 Bespin Luke is actually superior to that one...
Oh well, I have the one from TVC, so I'm good. |

i think i'd have been cool with those if they had a telescopic light saber arm deal much like the first AOTC anakin figure and luke from the remake of the early bird set. though i will debate getting the naboo set just for the heads if the price is ok.

Multi-packs suck overall..though that Sideous/Maul two pack has a great looking evil head on Sideous!
Is that the same on the carded figure? |

Check out Yakface.com's look at figure #1 of 12 from the Wal-Mart exclusive Discover the Force 3D line - Aurra Sing! She has a great new sculpt and, aside from her ankles, comes with all that wonderful articulation collectors both love and demand. She comes loaded with accesssories, including an amazing trophy case to house lightsabers from her past kills!
For those of us worried the figure won't be available in Canada or for those of us thinking we'll have a hard time tracking the figure down, it is slated for rerelease in the Vintage Collection later this year! Enjoy! |

Check out Yakface.com's look at the next figure availabe in the Wal-Mart exclusive Discover the Force 3D line - Astromech G8-R3. Yet another Naboo Droid has been crossed off the list by Hasbro! This one uses repainted B.A.D. components that are interchangable and add to the figure's playability. However, unlike Aurra Sing, the figure is not slated for rerelease in the Vintage Collection, possibly leading to collectors frustrated over the little droids limited availability on the pegs.
Enjoy! |

In a rather odd move, Hasbro has released their Toy Fair 2012 slideshow to German website StarWars-Figuren.com...
Check it out! |

Yakface.com has an awesome 2-for-1 review today! From the Wal-Mart exclusive Discover the Force subline, it's Ric Olie and the Naboo Pilot!
Both figures are simply great! Olie, who will only be released in this line, features a head sculpt that really looks like actor Ralph Brown! The '99 figure was really good, but this one is so much better! Features new articulation and comes complete with a soft-goods overcoat, helmet w. goggles and an S-5 heavy blaster pistol. The Naboo pilot, which will be rereleased in the Vintage Collection later on, will make for a great army builder. He comes complete with the same accessories as Ric Olie and will make a great addition to both the new and old Naboo N-1 fighters. Both are amazing! Pick them up and add them to your collection when you can, no question! Enjoy! |

Check out this exclusive first look at the Star Wars: Lost Line cards, which will be available exclusively to SDCC 2012 figures and later at retail as chase cards at retail.

That Vader card looks pretty cool. I would assume the figure will be the "I just killed Sidious to save my boy" version.
The others aren't bad either, but I swear that Lucasfilm/Hasbro couldn't resist a dig at SW fans by making Jar Jar an exclusive and a chase figure.

I'm excited for Tarkin, the Imperial/ Royal Guard, a Darth Vader with GI Joe style hips.
I hope they do the Viper War Droids from Dark Empire 2 some day (doubtful though, we'll see more Hailfire Droids or Droid Fighters or another Scout Walker rather than a Expanded Universe Droid). Or some Dark Troopers.... |

Indeed! My Walmart had these Rebelscum.com: Photo Archive for a long time for $30. They gave them red $30 stickers & put them in the clearance aisle where they sat even longer! I have no idea what happened to them. One day they just vanished.
Now they want the same amount for it MINUS a figure! |

^^ We never got the Sandtrooper / Dewback set here in Canada, Wal-Mart Canada didn't want to carry it, but they wanted the AT-ST w/ Pilot that was released at the exact same time.

So does a trooper need swivel hips for this or is it a crappy thing wherein the figure's legs are in the creature's guts?
$30 is a ton of change for a crappy solo lizard...you could just get some rubber iguanas cheap- like thirty for the same price- make a stampede o' dewback brothers! |
