Actually, some Walgreens locations are as large as Target stores.

Ok, now I'm really curious what the line will be like? Hopefully, it will stay in the 3.75" range, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was 6" scale.

Ironically, it's less than 5 block away from a CVS, a Rite Aid and a K-Mart and less than 5 miles away from a Super Wal-Mart, so I don't know how long it will last.

I wonder what the price point will be for these toys. Whenever I see the Wolverine Origins figures in Walgreens or CVS they are more expensive than at TRU, Wal-Mart or Target.

They've been around my area for a while as well. There's an older one near my house that's pretty big, but I swear that one by work is even bigger.
I hadn't really paid attention, but it does seem that the stand-alone stores are bigger than the mall stores - which would make sense, I suppose.

I'm interested as to what... Could this be a new line, or is it an exclusive line, such as X-Men or Fantastic Four Marvel Universe style figures...?
Hurmmm... I wish to know more. Great, know I have the Starship Troopers news voice thingy in my head. |

It could be a cross pollunation line like toy biz had back in the day, or the dollar stores get with Transformers.
Which would mean mostly repaints of figures, but that could also mean stuff like sabertooth single packed etc too. =D Though I bet it's probably something on the cheaper side. Like party favors and stuff. |

Interesting, very interesting. Probably just some small and cheap figures, but it still interests me to a certain degree. I'll probably get any and all Venom figures, and any of the other symbiotes, they make. Would be an easy and cheap way to add to my small Venom collection.

You really like the 3.75" line? I am hoping the stick with the 6" line. The 3.75" line is okay, but I still have this huge collection of the 6"

Welcome to the forums Etronic
The 6" line is nice, but I can't play with my GI Joes and Superheroes at the same time then. I'm hoping for some cool stuff. |

Walgreens near me has one peg of XO:W and one of SW. Some Transformers that I didn't recognize. No MU.

Yeah, Walgreens carries XMO:W and SW, but they are grossly over-priced. Each single carded figure is like $10 or $11. It's ridiculous.

I'm not surprised. They're comparably priced to their direct competition (CVS, Rite Aid, etc).

Me too
i hope they are 3.75 figures their the only kind i collect i just hope they get cool people and not a bunch of repeats like spider man and wolverine and instead get people like Storm, jean Grey, cyclops, cable, and some more villians, basically people that MU doesn't have |

Somehow I don't think that these toys will be any where near as cool as we hope. I'll be very very surprised if they are something that is compatible with MU and other current Marvel toys from Hasbro.

Has Iron Man: Animated Adventures been in any stores yet? I could totally see that series being the price-point and quality of something that Walgreens would want to stock. Although, Marvel/Hasbro might deem it too important to relegate to obscurity at a drug store.
