How about we get back to the discussion on which are the rarer figures?
A lot are rare to me as I usually only see the peg warmers by the time I show up. I've never seen any of the popular ones like archangel/thanos/vision or any of the variants from the long haired winter soldier to the skull soldier with different stand in any store. The SDCC red skull, Nick fury and archangel are also pretty expensive. Not to get back in the eBay discussion but for now I usually judge how rare something is by the prices on the internet and eBay. |

Not exactly Marvel Universe but the Mandarin is by far the rarest figure I'm looking for....I've never ever seen him- not even on the back of another fig's card!
I've also never seen the Ultimate IM. Which is funny- different areas of the country seem to get different figures- or at least get them sooner or later, as opposed to all at once. I just last week got a Moon Knight! That was never out down my way untill the revision cases started popping out at my local Target. Hopefully the revision cases will knock some of the ebay prices (fair or not) down to realistic levels! |

I found Captain Britain at a Target yesterday and was shocked because I wasn't aware that it was being added to the revision packs. I scooped him up along with another Skrull Soldier and the variant Dare Devil.

That's so funny, me too. My daughters like to watch me play Marvel Alliance and my oldest one likes Mrs. Marvel. I figured, what the hell, I'd open it for her to play with. Serves me right...

There's like 3 versions of Mrs Marvel right? the regular version of the long hair with black outfit, then the variant the retro with short hair, and red and blue outfit basically, without me going to check in my display case. then there's the 3rd version that came out with the warpath,DD variant repaints, If I'm not mistaken, if so I see the first 2 versions all the time, their peg warmers here. also anybody need an IM2 iron monger the comic version? I seen 2 around that I hid, if anybody needs them or 1 and has something I need to trade will glady check to see if they're still on the shelf and buy them... iron monger movie version, nick fury from the 3pack, warpath, moon night, blade, jean grey, bullseye, loki, vision etc, lose is fine with me, other possible trades would include army builders, hydra, skrull, ninjas, or display bases.

I will only say this once. If I see any more rules broken in this thread, I'm going to start handing out infractions.
In other words, knock it off. Yeah, there's three of her: 1. Classic Ms. Marvel (short hair, retro outfit) (Series 1, #22) 2. Modern Ms. Marvel (long hair, "modern outfit") (Series 1, #23) 3. Dark Ms. Marvel (long hair, retro outfit, remolded head) (Series 1, #23) The first two were peg warmers at first in my area (got both the same day), but quickly disappeared along with the other HTF figures of the Fury series. I have never seen the 3rd version in stores, but there are pics online.

I haven't seen Dark Ms Marvel out there yet. Only bad ebay pics so far. I'll have to go look for some good shots of her to see the new head.

I prefer the modern version out of all 3, but I prefer the 1 in the middle over the 1 on the right.. I really dig the flame pieces they come wiht to cover their hands. SOOOOOOOOOO much better then those stupid yellow funnel spider designed fire that clips onto Iron man. I find MU is coming close to Ml in terms of package detail and over all concept and thought into production line value. But the head sculpts, multiple mold reissues, and lack of proper accessories is driving me nuts.. how hard would it be to give iron man 4 mini fireballs that push into his hands and feet, and make a mini flight stand, and a light up feature for chest/eyes I would pay $30 haha. the better the detail The more I'd be wiling to spend. WWH is a prime example, the toys is amazing, the odd paint issue but other then that it's a perfect toy for $10.

You're right. Early reports were saying remold, but the molds look identical to me - just different paint apps.

only osborn head IP is. The new Red Hulk is rare right now until the 3 pack hits retail. The old one? Hes still less than 20 on ebay. Hes probably pricy only because hes a Hulk and the name is associated with the Avengers.

Damn...I bought them at 9.99 a pop just for trade bait because I know there's alot of MU fans here. I like MU myself, just not these particular figures.
