In no order:
Doctor Who Star Trek: TNG Star Trek: DS9 Stargate SG1 Firefly Warehouse 13 Quantum Leap Torchwood Edit: Sliders (I knew I was forgetting something) Edit: Surface Edit: Falling Skies I know there are a few others that escape me ATM. (I personally consider superheroes as a separate deal, even though they technically are a sub-genre)

Sci-Fi shows, huh? Ok, here we go (inpo):
Star Trek (TOS, NextGen, DS9) Doctor Who Firefly Fringe Sliders Early Edition Twilight Zone Quantum Leap Amazing Stories Outer Limits Battlestar Galactica (both versions) Babylon 5 V (again, both versions) Alien Nation Stargate SG1 (never saw Atlantis, but it's on my To-Watch list) That's about it - off the top of my head anyway. And if comedies count, then this list will get a lot bigger. Same with including comic book/superhero-related series. Same here. But considering how many superhero films are out there now, I'd almost say they could almost have their own genre. Maybe "Comic Book Movie" is a better descriptor for something like that.

There are so many but these are definitely up there.
Stargate SG-1/Atlantis Star Trek: TNG, DS9, Voyager to a lesser extent BSG (2000's) Farscape (never gets enough love) Futurama (can we count that one?) Firefly Warehouse 13 Sliders was good back in the day. There are others that aren't coming to mind. Also, despite what the SyFy channel wants us to believe, I consider Science Fiction most separated from Fantasy and Superheros (depending on the setting).
