The cover to SW #1 wrongly shows him in his no sleeves w/arm bracelets costume, like the model shown at SDCC and in the illustration by Layton, which is what Bob probably based it on.
You are correct. Heres the proof.

But either way, I am happy with what we are recieving. If it's that big a deal then, we'll just paint the arms!! lol

I'm happy with what we're getting for Hawkeye as well because I prefer his classic costume anyways, so I'm good. I was just pointing out the mistake because, well... I'm a Hawkeye geek lol.

Yeah I'm hoping for Doom and Wrecker, to complete the Wrecking Crew. Then for the remaining spot I'd like to see any of the following...She-Hulk, Absorbing Man, Doc Ock or Titania.
Sorry, you're right. I haven't read the actual comics in quite awhile so I was going on my memory of the Spiderman Animated take on the SW and forgot that it took quite a few liberties. But now looking at the actual comics and taking out who's already announced that leaves the following:
She Hulk
Capt. Marvel
Wasp
Colossus
Prof. X
Rogue
Kang
Absorbing Man
Wrecker
The Lizard
Doc Ock
Doc Doom
Volcana
Titania
Molecule Man

Out of these I agree Doom is probably a shoe in but for the other two spots I'd like to see Wrecker to complete his team and I would love a Lizard{but I'm sure he'll show up in the Spiderman line} so my other choice would have to be either Kang or Titania{MU needs more villains}. I really would like a Rogue too but not as she was in SW, already got to figure out how to custom the Storm figure to have a non Mohawk haircut LOL.

Oh yeah, I saw someone mention that after the SW packs it would be a great idea to continue this line with maybe a Civil War set. I concur, that would be great.

I think this is a great idea. And as someone has already mentioned, they could slowly move that into a Dark Reign release.

Has anyone thought about the possibility of Hasbro releasing RANDOM comic packs? Simular to Star Wars?

Not around here dang it. Target finished their reset today and have like 12 pegs for MU but all they have is 2 non flame Johnny Storms with no pegs for the SW packs. They did have the new combiner Iron Man and Spiderman Transformers but other than that bumpkis.

BTW, anyone seen Wave 5 yet out in the stores?

My store has a place for the SW packs (right under the MU figures, but sitting on the actual shelf rather than hanging.. it shows out of stock on the lookup device... I think they havent recieved them yet)

Wave 5 was found by someone at a local comic shop. I dont think any chain has recieved them yet.

Hey guys, make sure you check the Secret Wars figs before you buy. I have seen a about 6-7 Wolvie/Torch packs and they all are screwed up. Actually it's only Wolverine who has QC issues. I had to buy 2 Wolvie comic-packs just to fix him.

Things to look for:

- Lower legs - All Wolvies I saw had 2 left lower legs (feet were fine)

- Biceps - 1 of my Wolvies had 2 left biceps.

- Hands - 1 Wolvie had 2 left hands.

I heard the same thing from another board. Someone mentioned CAP had 2 of the same glove hands (2 right or 2 left).

well finally saw the artwork for the last 3 unshown characters (thing, storm, bulldozer); following a 1 villain, 1 hero style; dr doom is quite a given. and then maybe wrecker, the last 1 would probably be a hero.. my bet would be she hulk or cap marvel (given their significance).. or maybe colossus indeed.. hey how about a wheelchair less prof x?

It could be a possibility but...I just cannot see it happening. But I will hope!

No one has brought that to attention. I'll be happy no matter who it is!

I saw these, found a correct one, and witnessed the first stuck joint I've encountered in the line, my Wolverine's right hand snapped off!

It could just be me, but it seems like the single packed figures are of a higher quality than the comic packs.

I want Prof X
But with a wheelchair it wouldn't be the same without one.

Yes, it seems they've skipped corners when they could. No straps on Caps shield. Poor quality control on dup limbs and paint apps. And stuck joints. My Iceman has a stuck shoulder.
