Absolutely. As a lesser appreciated venture of Marvel's, I'd love to see the cosmic side of things receive its due.

An emperor Vulcan the king breaker figure would be epic, lillandra, death bird, corsair based on new rucka series, and a Celestial baf would be sick maybe exitar or the sleeping celestial.
We do also need a new cable/ non techno virus style, rerelease of psylocke, xforce aa, new apocalypse or apocalypse twins, genesis, and holocaust would be cool. And a fear itself line with 7 weilders of hammers with the glowing/neon lines would be sick |

I figured I'd write this here rather than on the 6" Marvel appreciation thread to avoid detracting from the convo there.
It's my opinion that Hasbro is listening to our "wish-lists" (or at least aware of them) and SDCC 14 is a demonstration of this sentiment. The Thanos Imperative Box-set features a number of characters that came up on this list from a year or so ago. We got Blaastar, a new Black Bolt, Medusa (both of which mean there's a strong possibility there might be an Inhumans roll-out), Gladiator, and Starlord (comic version). In addition there was the announcement of a GotG 5 fig set coming in the near future. I'm not attributing this list specifically to the creation of these figs, but I do believe that "wish-lists" on a fan-enthusiast site such as Toyark do hold some merit. With all of this in mind, I invite fellow ark'ers to re-engage in pontificating on which members of Marvel's cosmic tapestry they would like to see made into figures! Who knows...maybe Hasbro will come through and make reality out of more wishes! Last edited by TheBlueMarvel; 07-27-2014 at 01:44 PM.. |

I think it's pretty amazing the thanos imperative set was put out, I just wish it wasn't sdcc exclusive, or at least make online ordering available from sdcc. I bought the set regardless, because duh! Look at this wonderful set! Hopefully the guardians 5-pack will all be comic decos. That would be awesome. I cross my fingers for a guardians wave 2 with some characters mentioned here.
Cosmo is a must, new Adam warlock/magus variant, darkhawk, quasar. A phalanx ultron would be sweet. An inhumans line with baf lockjaw (I've thought that one for years). I would put shi'ar in the cosmic line due to the fact that the x-men universe is already over-stuffed with characters and would probably have more of a likelyhood to be released separate from x-men waves where they're completely persistent on giving us 50 million wolverines and cyclops and remaking or giving updated costumes to other characters we already have, when they still haven't given us many notable characters. I would love some badoon and original guardians figures as well. My post could go on much longer, so I'd better end it here. |

Yeah, I bought the sdcc set also. I don't care if the price lowers at a later time. I got mine for $35 per figure and I found that acceptable for characters that I've been wanting for years. I REALLY hope that with the gotg movie hasbro decides to put even more focus on the cosmic characters.

I would like to see a Quasar so we can finish the annihilators line-up. Also, a Starjammers set would be nice. Or even a heralds of Galactus set.

A Starjammers set would be the proverbial "bomb."

I think the Gladiator from the SDCC exclusive 5-pack looks awesome. Would love a chance to get that as a single packaged figure. Just saw a loose one go on Ebay for close to $50, I am done overpaying on Ebay. Also, they would never do it but I would love an Air-Walker figure.

Stardust if you REALLY want to get completist. But I'd be happy with a Firelord, Nova, Air-Walker, Morg, Updated Surfer pack (A "Classic Heralds" pack, as it were). I'm not a huge fan of Nu-Marvel but I did like Thanos' crew from the Infinity series, so I'd probably like a Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Black Dwarf, Ebony Maw, and Supergiant 5-pack. It'd go nicely with the updated Thanos we're getting. |

I would really like a revamped Surfer with multiple hand accessories..."power-cosmic" blasting hands and fists - and maybe a couple of "power-cosmic" globes to fit over the fists! A Stardust would be great...a. because I think it would be a cool new buck that might open-up opportunities for other Marvel character creations..and b. it'd be cool to see them use some sort of translucent plastic to achieve Stardust's ethereal look. We might actually get the 5-pack you mentioned. Because, as you said, the Thanos we are getting looks like he is decked out with his "Infinity" duds.
