Sideshow X-Men Rogue Maquette Details

The figure looks amazing, but the face sculpt looks like young Fergie to me for some reason. Still, that detail...

I get an Angelina Jolie vibe from the portrait, but now I can see Fergie as well.

She reminds of that one chick from 3rd Rock From the Sun.

I was logging into say the same thing lol. She does look a lot like Jolie (I don't know who Fergie is)....

I also thought Fergie! I also thought "wrong". Face sculpt kills the whole thing for me. Not a statue guy, so it never needed to be for me...just wanted to add a +1 to Fergie vibes, haha.

I like statues, but 700 USD for a statue is way out of my budget for collecting repeatedly. Especially when it converts to Canadian, that is already ~$900 without the tax. Plus, there are other things I'd rather buy for spending that much at once....like a GTX 1080 maybe lol

Haha, yes. "Not a statue guy" translates more pointedly to not in my budget (and that's without currency conversion).

Over priced at $700, this is a $500 statue at best. Just look at comparable statues on Sideshow, at least as far as size+material+complexity.

$500 would be generous considering how bad they botched her face. I'd love to add a Rogue statue to my collection, but I'd be embarrassed to own this.

Lol I can see all those faces in the sculpt. Killer pose tho and loving the clever interaction with the stand.
