Exactly! It was all style and No substance. I had such high hopes know the people behind John Wick were doing it but I was disappointed to say the least. Have you happen to see Red Sparrow? I haven’t but am going to And kinda want to know if it’s worth watching or not

I have not seen Red Sparrow yet, I want to. My friend said it was very good but very intense.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier - 9/10
The Incredible Hulk - 8/10 My #1 and #3 MCU movies. Still bums me out that they won't do another solo Hulk movie for whatever reason. |

It's a rights issue, Marvel can't make a standalone Hulk movie, he's got to be part of an ensemble.

By the way, from what I understand Universal owns the distribution rights to a solo Hulk movie, and they won't play ball with Marvel for whatever reason.

So instead of sharing Hulk like Sony is doing with Spider-Man they just want to be a bunch of d-bags? Got it. At least now I know why I got a half-assed version of Planet Hulk shoehorned into a Thor sequel. What a bunch of bull**** man.

Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Thumbs up!! i liked the rag-tag team of characters. Glover did a great job as Lando. Curious of what happens to a "certain" character during the original trilogy. |

Word for word truth man. I thought they did the Hulk kinda dirty in Ragnarok.

Eagle vs. Shark - 7
Definitely funny, and there's a kind of charming quality about it. The only reason I didn't rate it higher is that despite the fact that I'm a big Jemaine Clement fan, I didn't like his character in the movie that much until the end. Also, this was direct by the same director of Thor: Ragnarok, Taika Waititi |

Oceans 8 - 7/10
Good film, clever plot, great performances, but a little lacking in tension. Better then the earlier modern reboot.

Ocean's 11 was masterful.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom-5/10
It was bad. The 5 out of 10 is purely for all of the stuff that actually takes place on the island, that actually was pretty enjoyable. Everything after that is terrible. I loved Jurassic World 1 as well, so it's disappointing. I don't honestly know where they can go from here. They definitely jumped the shark. And Jeff Goldblum's appearance was pathetically short, he could have not been in the movie and it wouldn't have a made a difference.

Mother-8/10 the whole God/Mother Earth story is riveting. The cast leading by Jennifer Lawrence and Ed Harris is superb. Might be her best performance I’ve ever seen. The Ending Might confuse or bewilder some but overall is a great movie
The Shape Of Water-10/10 easily one of the greatest I guess I’d classify it as Sci fi movies of all time definitely in my top 10 of all time. I went into it not expecting much but was blown away. The lead actress (sorry don’t know her name) without saying a word was marvelous. This movie is without a doubt a Masterpiece |

Guys, had this thread title changed so everyone is not required to put a rating in their reviews anymore, I think it makes it more accessible. Enjoy!

Incredibles 2
A great sequel and follow-up. Love how it picks up right where it left off. Thumbs Ups!! AntMan and the Wasp Another great sequel to the original. Dig the villainess. Now...an action figure of her would be awesome sauce. Thumbs Up!! |

Jurassic Park 3. So I watched it for the first time since childhood today. It's better than Jurassic Park 2 for sure, although that's not really an achievement since that one was terrible. I liked that Alan Grant was back, his character at least felt somewhat consistent to the first movie unlike Ian Malcom's second appearance. I really disliked how he and Ellie did not end up together, especially since his character development in the first movie was to learn to want children, which was the only thing standing between him and Ellie. Ellie is also not in the movie much. The characters in this movie are meh, but better than 2 for the most part. Overall, the story is not that great and it doesn't really justify itself too much. But it's better than 2 and is much shorter, and so therefore does not overstay it's welcome. Overall it's mixed.
I would say my final ranking for the series is: 1. Jurassic Park 2. Jurassic World 3. Jurassic Park III 4. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 5. The Lost World: Jurassic Park

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
Certainly a darker tone than the first JW, but an enjoyable sequel nonetheless. More characters. More dinos. Thumbs up!! |

The Death of Superman (2018)
A great update featuring the new (post-Flashpoint) Justice League as well as their appropriate voice actors from previous installments. Clark and Lois are the main stars while Lex and the Leaguers are second fiddle. Story and action was great. Post credit scenes too. Thumbs up!! |

I finally tracked down one of my favourite movies on DVD. "Zero Effect" (1998) with Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller. I don't know what to say about it, other than it is awesome. I've watched twice since I bought it on Sunday. I used to rent it every week for about 2 years back in the day, but I hadn't seen it in years.
