Ok, that looks like a Garton brand pedal car. That versions was made in 1964, and is their Mark 5 Fire Truck. The brackets on the rear were for a small attachment that extended the car out. There were also extra pieces on those white extensions on the rear of the car. I can't tell if it's an original or not. But here's a reference pic from a restoration place.
I would look around to see if you can find an expert in the Garton brand pedal cars, see if they can verify its authenticity and maybe give you a value on it.
