Coming in October to the popular Robot Damashii line, is the Turn A Gundam, from quite possibly the most controversial Gundam series! The series featured one of the most unique Gundam designs, designed by none other than Syd Mead! His original design was more traditional, not far off from what we were used to seeing, but series director and Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino requested a more drastic redesign! The end result is the Turn A.
Turn A Gundam became a popular series and the design eventually won over some of the fandom. Love it or hate it, the Turn A was significant enough to win the distinctive honor of becoming the 100th Master Grade Gundam model kit.
