3A, the publisher of Metal Gear comics and digital novels has obtained the rights to produce toys based on the property and their opening salvo is the big bad mecha from Metal Gear Solid!
Metal Gear Rex looks to be very impressive with high levels of sculpted details. It will most likely be all plastic (as is the norm for 3A), so fans of die cast may not be too keen on the idea. But as these pics can attest, it will be an excellent addition to any toy collection.
