A Chinese company called InIcons is getting a bit of attention lately after they revealed images of the project they have been working on: a 1/6th scale Steve Jobs figure. The 12″ collectible has a face sculpt that very closely resembles the late Apple co-founder, and the product images show the figure in a Keynote type of setting.
InIcons currently has the item listed for preorder on their site for $99.99 and have listed it coming with the following:
-One realistic head sculpt and 2 pairs of glasses.
-One highly articulated body and 3 pairs of hands
-One black turtleneck and one pair of blue jeans
-One black leather belt and one chair (wood + metal)
-One pair of black socks and sneaker
-Two apples (one with a bit)
-One piece of “One More Thing” hard backdrop
However being this is unlicensed, and being that it involves Apple, this product is unlikely to see the light of day. Mashable is already reporting that Apple is threatening to sue and sent notification to the Chinese company to cease production and sales of the unauthorized item. So if you are interested, preorder at your own risk!
