Two auctions have turned up by viperskingdom which interestingly enough, show 2 repaints of figures previously seen in the 2011 Captain America First Avenger and Thor movie toylines:
These may be repaints destined for a later wave of Avengers figures, or a multi-pack set(EDIT: thanks to Toyark boards member juggernaut209 for the heads up that these are indeed from an upcoming 4 pack). If anything this does give collectors another shot at King Loki from the Thor movie toyline(which is more articulated than the current Loki figures on shelves from the Avengers line), albeit this time around with Avengers movie colors. EDIT: A darker repaint of the wave 1 Captain America has also turned up. In addition, another loose figure from the multipack has turned up(Hammer Strike Thor).
EDIT again: Iceman and a few other ‘arkers in the thread have told us that the multipack is currently at Canadian Toys R Us stores for $40. Do you want these sets to be available stateside?
