Just sighted at Toys R Us was the new NECA Player Select Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Vector figure. Operation Raccoon City got mixed reviews but maybe you liked the character designs. Case in point, Vector, which NECA has made as a fully articulated figure for their Player Select line. Is it a worthy addition? So far this is the only figure announced for the Player Select line from Raccoon City. Happy hunting!
