The November issue of Hobby Japan has revealed a surprise for fans of the ROBOT Damashii line, the ROBOT Damashii SIDE MS ZZ Gundam! While ZZ Gundam was more light-hearted compared to its Z Gundam predecessor, the hulking ZZ Gundam still gained a number of fans. Maybe you weren’t a fan of the series but loved the ZZ Gundam design? It happens.
While fans were possibly expecting another figure from Gundam Wing, Tamashii has thrown us a curveball once again. Which MS will be be next? A Universal Century(UC) release? Maybe something from G Gundam? We aren’t sure if the new ZZ Gundam figure is able to transform into its core fighter modes just yet. It’s scheduled for release in January 2013 for 4,800 yen.
