Star Wars Black Series Wave 4 galleries continue today at Toyark with the First Order Snowtrooper! This figure is the non-officer version of the TRU Exclusive Snowtrooper Officer which came with the shoulder pauldron. There is virtually no difference other than some slight paint application changes on the chest. It is however good to have access to him in non-exclusive fashion. Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens Black Series 6 Inch Snowtrooper
Overall
Overall this is one of my favorite TFA 6 inch figures. The legs are beefy and hold a pose well. Armor is layered and he keeps the majority of his Black Series level articulation. He just holds a resting stance well. Basically it’s the same exact figure as the TRU exclusive, minus the pauldron. Which is good, because now the head doesn’t have that limitation in movement. Rocking an officer with 4/8/12 of these guys would be an epic setup for sure.
